Just got inked again.  4th spot.  It's been 15 years since my last one.  Anyone else like the ink?  I'll never get one that I cannot conceal.

What am I looking at? Where is your nipple?

Wait a minute... where are my nipples? What year is it? Is the Kaiser still in power?

Gonna be tough to keep the ladies away from you with that masterpiece on your chest.

Been planning one for a couple years. A cross section drawing of the dome only of the Pantheon in Rome on the deltoid.

I have one on my inner thing.  Tweety bird pushing a lawnmower.  I was young...

It symbolizes the pain and suffering the man endured over unfolded laundry.

I couldn’t decide between a cowboy or a cat, then the artist had a brilliant idea

And other things.  He's had a hell of a ragrettable year.

Does making regrettable decisions qualify as a hobby?

I reckon I am about 40% covered.  Over the years I have come to understand that this is definitely the place for tattoo appreciation.

They're only regrettable decisions if you regret them

See OP. Based on his disappearance from this thread after starting it, I think we have a prime example of regret.

He's got nothing to regret.  I tattooed my ex's name on me.

Stage name or government name?

That must have been a hell of a tattoo budget.. car over a tattoo....

Needed a new car anyway.  One of y’all actually talked me out of the ink, don’t remember who.

8 hours into this last night. My grandfather on my dads side. He was with the Detroit police department. This is one of the last photos of him in the police building in March of 1980. Still some more time to put into it. It’s right inside bicep

This is the EXACT reason I picked this photo. He has a lot of wisdom behind those eyes. He was tough as nails like my dad. He was stubborn like his youngest son and quite and reserved like his oldest son.

Got two. A longhorn on my left delt. And then I also got one that says “Joe’s bar and grill. Albuquerque, New Mexico”.  On my penis

Damnit.  Cannot add any more rep.  But that is good, and I'm going to steal it and use it when I can.

I got these two within the last two years (1/yr). Plan on getting another this summer.

The "Swivel Knife" I got because I do leather work on the side and the artist that did it is a badass. Pricey, but his detail is just off the charts. As we say in the leather world, "Cheap work ain't good, and Good work ain't cheap." The "Tiger Sharks" or Calligraphy/Flourish tattoos were done because I love sharks, wanted a career in marine biology focused on shark reproduction (of which I had and there is zero money in), but mostly because I love the look of these tattoos. The swirling lines that get thicker and thinner as they go along is a really cool look/effect in producing an image. The Shark on the right had not been wiped yet so it looks grainy, but both now look like the Shark on the left.

Both were done by local Austin artists at:

Electric 13 Tattoo - Derek Martinez http://electric13tattoo.com/derek-martinez.php

All Saints - Austin Taylor https://www.allsaintstattoo.com/austintaylor

Would be cooler if the sharks had frikkin' laser beams attached to their heads.

Started my back this week. Buddy from chicago was working at Rock of Ages. Sat for almost 4 hours. It really really sucked. Also, y’all get to see my pancake butt

I’m not gonna show my ass, but I am familiar with those long sits for a back piece. I think the total time for my back was 27 hours.
