DJT down to <$15 per share.  Which is still a market cap of $3B in which the revenue and growth do not even remotely support.

Insiders like Trump or Devin Nunes are believed to be able to start selling their share as early as this afternoon. I'm uncertain of the exact time.

Trump's stance on cryptocurrency has evolved since his presidency, when he initially dismissed it as a scam.

Correctly identifying it as a scam and then promoting it isn't evolving for Trump.

People are trying to get out before those locked shares flood the market

my understanding is Trump didn’t actually pay for any shares, so anything over 0 is money in his pocket

So the Dow was up over 500 today.  Should have raised all stock values, right?  Even DJT?

Average volume on this is 7.2 million shares.  Anyone want to hazard a guess on tomorrow's volume?

Any bets on what it will be tomorrow at 4 PM?  Can it get to penny stock status?

My guess is that it will be down to under $8 per share.  (Honestly, I wan't to say $6, but hey).  The suckers will be all that is left.

Yeah right, 9:00 and 2 seconds

He's going to trade it to someone else.... Who will sell it.

Probably Elon.

DJT stock is effectively a proxy on his likelihood of being elected. When he starts selling he’s admitting defeat.

Elon already has a buy order in at $40 a share. This is a perfectly legal way (they think) to launder a billion dollar bribe.

And yes. The concept of Twitter buying Truth in what is effectively a large scale bribe or money laundering scheme has crossed my mind

I'm sure Garland and the DOJ will get to it around 2037

Let’s hope. Because I’m not counting on AG Habba to do anything

Truth Social isn’t big enough for anybody to give a shit about.  Musk is bribing Trump every day with his tweets.

Would he have to sell if he won in November? SURELY there’s something on the books about president being banned from being majority holder of a public traded comp.

No. Even if there was a law against it, he'd claim it infringed on separation of powers and/or he's immune so fuck you.

The usual "remedy" is placing assets in a blind trust.

Our Donald doesn't have to worry about things like that. He's a special boy.

It worked so well to curb his self-dealing during his first term lol...

Am I reading that right on volume.....   6.7m shares have already changed hands as of 9:20 as compared to 8.9m on a normal day?

Dude. It's going to be Ken Paxton.

How do you make up for losing money on this trade?  Simple answer, volume.

It doesn't matter who works for Trump; eventually they all quit or get fired, no matter how much dick-sucking they do to get the job.

I dunno man. Paxton would do any and everything Trump asked without question, and often with enthusiasm. He's a criminal as well. What would he ever do to get fired or quit?

Beats me.  But even Bannon was fired by Trump (even though he never left his good graces).

Working for Trump is roughly the equivalent of managing the Yankees for Steinbrenner.

I'd frame it another way. Can you think of one thing Trump would request to which Paxton would say "Nope, not doing that," like, name me one thing you're confident he'd refuse.

Pretty sure Ban

I really can't, but I could see a situation where Paxton was asked to do something, and because it hadn't happened within a week Trump just fires his ass.   Plus, you also have to consider the palace intrigue angle---someone who hates Paxton could be whispering to Trump that Kenny was trying to sabotage this or that, and that would be all it takes.

Yep, those two are birds of a feather.  Trump would give Paxton everything he wants (pardons and power), and Paxton would do the same for him. I cannot imagine Paxton turning down Trump on anything,

Republicans already tried to take Paxton down. Trump would respect the hell out of what Paxton pulled off.

Yep. Just under 12m volume now.

How many shares does the orange shit-stain and the other guy who can sell today have? While this is more volume than usual, it's not nearly egregious enough to indicate either of those two are selling everything. I'd bet this is just a lot more people being active because the specter of Trump selling it all is looming today.

Eventually their crimes would cause Trump to try to force Paxton to fall on his sword for him.  That's the one thing Paxton will never do.

I don't think he did that at all.  Just "resigned" from management positions and turned them over to Donnie and Eric.  Which, of course, is bad-faith compliance.

This has to be a game of chicken between short sellers watching the plunge and billionaires like Musk willing to step in and bail out trump
