If he was possessing the ball in the end zone why wouldn't it automatically have been a touchback? The end zone has special rules. He was clearly not trying to leave the end zone.

They said he’s knee touched at the one

Prior to the “fumble.”

He had possession. He was not trying to run it out. Unless he is is required to down the ball, should have been a touchback.

UGA demonstrating how to fuck up a plain black/red/white uniform. The dog collar and shoulder head are some candy-ass shit.

Yeah, and UGA is usually clean. This looks like a 16 year old with a design program was allowed to make something “awesome.”

Just me or does UGA seem low energy/intensity in every game they play in, even when they win. One of the most talented teams in the country but they rarely really impress (Pickens is a beat though).

Smart coaches exactly to his talent and no further. Good thing he can recruit.

Classic coaching-vs-talent matchup in this game.

I’m really interested to see how this game plays out. I think Luke might be a special coach. We shall see.

Go Cincy.

Alternative productions available on ESecPN2 and ESecPNU if you’d rather not listen to Jones and Dvorcak

The Skycast broadcast on
ESPNU is cool but the goddamn music after every snap is irritating. Very NFL.

Darnell Washington is an enormous human. Just looks out of scale.

If the Bearcats can pull off the win, it's another "loss" for aggy... (haha)...

Seems like ever since Georgia lost NC game against Bama they are not the same.  Hey, sounds familiar.

Don’t throw that flag there.

I will tell you how it's going to play out: if Georgia doesn't show up Cincy is going to beat their ass.

Not a damn penalty.... bad call

Between the block in the back call and now that roughing call, lol at the idea the refs are trying to help Georgia.

Lol. I can't get enough of the nonagenarian chiming in on the officiating. Moar!

Sure wish this football game would quit interrupting these reviews.

Another review, yay.

Seems clear they’re going to review every close play .. especially those that protect UGA.

This bowl season has been particularly bad, can’t get a good game flow going with all these long reviews

Not a 1st down -- side judge lost track of Cincy RB... should be 4th down

Edit:  My bad, ref got it right.

5 min penalty for me... 😋

Give coaches 2 challenges... get to keep when right.

booth review only on scores, turnovers, and targeting calls

My gosh, I've seen some beautiful play designs and execution by the Bearkats. #ColorMeJealous

Before everyone commences sucking off Fickell, remember that Herman beat Georgia, too, and we've seen how that turned out.

He also lost like 1-2 games to bad opponents going back through his time at UH.

Did they just call Georgia a blue blood? Don't you need more than 1 NC in your history to be even close to that?

They claim 2: 1942 and 1980

They have over 800 wins, a lot of bowl wins and 2 Heismans. Those are their only "blue blood" water marks.

They fall pretty far short in conference titles (15) and consensus AAs (35).

Their history is almost identical to Auburn's, ironically. More wins and bowl wins, one less MNC and Heisman, a few more AAs, one less conference title.

Going full aggy with that 1942 claim, I see. Typical

Georgia receivers:  Good, fast

Cincy corners: Slow

Georgia QB: weak arm

Georgia lineman: SEC level holding

For reference: Georgia Tech has four nattys (one split, but still 10 years more recent than dwag).

UGA is the most underachieving team in the SEC. Great state for talent, very good school, resources, beautiful campus and town.  They should be a major power.  Their boosters and alumni are not as crazy though.

Its nuts that Georgia Tech had won a MNC more recently than UGA.

Jesus those Cincinnati coaches couldn’t pull out of a damn driveway

Bwhahahahahahahha. I'm sure he's gonna be just like Jaylen Waddle. M'kay.

I expect nothing less than a glowing report of a Georgia player from none other than David Pollack, who has zero bias whatsoever.

So the making an innocuous tackle on the sliding QB is a flag but the suplex is apparently fair game...

Cincy has dicked around too much on this drive. I get you don't want to give Jawja the ball back but making sure you have time to score should be the first priority.
