605 Czech Pils. Whilst biking. Hell yeah.

You’re planning my trip for me! If any of your hikes are suitable for a 10 year old girl let me know.

Black Elk Peak from Sylvan Lake has a lot of kids on it. Beautiful hike too.
Copperhead Brewing for sale

they have enough equipment to brew 4,000 bbl a year but have gone from a high of 635 in 2017 to 440 last year. Appears to me that they massively overspent on equipment and underspent on branding.

Mighty Mo DIPA, Miner Brewing. Again.

I plan on attending Iowa State Fair in Aug. and hoping the Craft Beer tents have all your beers covered.

They do a good job, but will likely miss a lot of great breweries

I’m sure Confluence & Toppling Goliath will be there. I’ll be happy with that.

2 Stroke. Located in Spearfish, SD. Highly recommend if you’re ever here.

If you’re ever in San Diego and you love West Coast IPAs (duh) do check out North Park Beer Company. Everything I’ve had from them has been outstanding.

Also I continue to enjoy getting El Segundo beers here now. In particular, enjoying their “postcard series” of beers. Tasty beers and great can art.

With warmer weather I am really getting into gose beers, and it’s close relative the Berliner Weisse. It’s sour and a bit salty and a great alternative to a shandy/radler/seltzer.

One thing about living here, it’s almost impossible to get a BAD or even average beer by walking in and ordering a pilsner. The pilsners are the best in the world and that’s kind of like the decathalon of beers, best all around. As it should be. But with most other styles, with few exceptions, they are learning from Americans.

Well, it's 9 AM somewhere...

Mrs. Brat craved another beer after we got home from Happy Hour at Cedro’s.... and the two Peronis she had there this afternoon.

I had a couple bottles of La Fin Du Monde (Canadian beers) at my BILs house the other night. Pretty tasty and “strong”. I’ll have to look it up on my next trip to Specs or Total Wine.

Everything from Unibroue is top shelf. Get some Trois Pistoles also. My favorite was Le Terrible but it doesn’t appear to be a current brew.

Arent beer bars in most cities going belly up now? Heard Houston Saucer is on life support… and Hay Merchant is circling the drain as well

Me too. They had several bottles of 2009 and 2014.

pinthouse has gone from pouring imperial pints to a standard pint, at the burnet location at least. guess they aren't making enough money on $20 4 packs.
