Long-ass week so I ran down to Dogfish since it was a gorgeous day for a drive and picked up $280 of shit.

Never had a Yuengling before.  Not a big beer drinker but this is good and I like it.20210924_195103.thumb.jpg.3dfff122a282400eb9725c47ffbe7e9d.jpg

Thank goodness for lower humidity returning so we can once again enjoy front yard patio fire beers. Tonight’s selection is from my favorite local Dallas brewery.

Reminder that, with the turn of the calendar to October, it is time to break out your festive Fall glassware.

Hazy?

I thought the same thing when I poured it though, to be honest, that’s more my kind of “hazy” anyways.

The Stein young dumb pants tent smuggled out of Oktoberfest 1999 took a tumble today. It gave me a sad.

Specs midtown? Total wine heights? D&Q?

At a restaurant and ordered a Parish Envie. Waiter repeats back 'Paris Indie'? No, Parish Envie. 'Okay, got it.'

20 minutes later...'we're out of Paris Indie'.

I'll just have a Yellow Rose.

Finally got to try Maine Beer Company’s Dinner DIPA as Craft Beer Cellar here in Dallas has it on tap to celebrate their 5th anniversary. Good stuff.

Ooh.  I might have to swing over there.  If I see you should I say I'm from the Internet?

negged

I mean, why even say Mr. Pibb?  Which is just a knockoff of Dr. Pepper?

And, Dr. Pepper/Mr. Pibb isn't cola.  So it can't be a cola-beer inspired by something that's not a cola.

There's so much wrong with that, I want to "neg" it again.

;)

Said faget sure talks about soccer a lot.

Hipster doofuses love soccer and craft brew.  Like a horse and carriage one might say.

Pumpkinator dropped in Houston this week.

What's the opinion amongst you beer snobs here? I'm a big fan of the bourbon barrel aged version

It's really too sweet in my opinion, but I drink one every Halloween so I picked one up anyway.
