Any thoughts on Ankalaev v. Pereira?  Will this look like Merab v. OMalley?  I think Pereira is better than that but may have a hard time keeping Ankalaev off of him. Hopefully his TD defense is up to par and we see some striking.

I'm hoping I can stay awake to watch it.

Yeah, that was a whack decision. But Pierera played the fight too safe, so it's on him for losing.

Ank earned it and deserved it.

Lots of people were unhappy with the fight. I think its more that they were unhappy with the result? It was a good, tense, striking match for 4.5rds and stall grappling for 0.5rds but thats why its called mma ?

I think the disappointment is Poatan never really let his hands go. Looked confused or worried about the counter, so never committed. Did a great job stuffing the takedowns and chopping legs. But seemed to not be sure of himself with the hands. Good job by Ankalaev.

Rodriguez came out jumping around like he thinks he's in a movie, and Borjas is picking him apart.

This thread is dead.  Guess most people like me gave up on the official sport of fascism in America

Sean Woodson's early stoppage sucked.

He was literally getting up when the ref stopped the fight!

He was gonna lose anyways but it still sucks.

IDK

Hell of a left!

Krylon waited two years just to get TKO'd in like two minutes.  whoops!

He was too busy being a separatist /cloakroom

I fear for Bryce Mitchell's safety /cloarkroom

Not a chance, lol.  Silva won the first round, and he really won the second round.

I thoroughly enjoyed that ass whipping.

I love that this unranked Silva guy knocked Mitchel to the ground earlier in the fight and had plenty of opportunity to finish the fight right then but let him up.

It felt like he out struck Silva by a long shot. Silva spent half the round waiting for the take down.

Anyone using links have one still working?

The bottom one post by JohnnyRage is working again. The others were shut down I think.

I actually watched a bunch of Pitbull when Bellator was with DAZN.

It's weird they gave Pitbull a #5 matchup for his first UFC event.

Hah, Cormier just commented to this effect too.. about Bellator imports getting good fights.

Chandler's had some rough losses the last few years.
He's lucky to pull the Paddy fight, but he's no chump.
He's only lost to the best of the best!

Paddy vs Chandler

What in the holy fuck.  4 top level Senate confirmed cabinet officials, the POTUS, and the richest dick in the world.

Chandler wasted two years during the last of his prime waiting on coke head McGregor. He always puts on a show. He's a company man. Doesn't really matter if he wins or loses. But the 'L's are stacking up.

Paddy seems to keep finding a way to win when everyone wants to see him go down. People claim he balloons in weight and doesn't take down time seriously, more about branding. But if he pulls this off, I'll stop doubting him.

No CR but I was laughing when Joe & Cormier were wondering out loud whether Trump ever watches UFC from the White House.

Judge's scorecards agreed with you, all three of them. All three of them were wrong  🙃

Jesus, Paddy looks better every fight.  He's manhandling Chandler.

That was domination at every level.  He looks pretty legit.
