None of these teams can beat GB anyway.

The Jets, Jags and Bengals all beat playoff teams this year. Shit happens

21 pts off turnovers. A proper game manager at QB probably has NO up right now

Bridgewater would have the Saints up by two scores. What an awful performance.

Tampa did it earlier this year, but I do agree with you that GB looks much stronger, now.

To think the Saints blew out TB in Tampa and won at home but losing tonight in playoffs.  Wow

#258

No attempt by Brees >20 yards.

No way the Bucs' D clued into that on film or today.

Did Buck just say Brady on his way to his 14th conference championship game?  😲

That is insane.

He went to 9 Super Bowls so that is 9. If he wins tonight, that is 10. He lost to Indy in 2006. To Baltimore in 2012. Denver in 2013. Denver in 2015. That is 4 more. So yep, 14. And here as a Dallas fan, I am waiting on just 1 since 1995. Lmao.

Hate such terrible performance in Drew's final game... but supposedly already has a great gig as a TV Announcer set up

#265

NO can't be running the ball. This is fucking suicide.

Well. Doesn't matter.

Lol, I get your point but poor analogy.

did you enjoy those 3 Superbowls?

Welp, time for Brees to settle into his job as an analyst on UT's coaching staff. h/t to guy in the coaching thread for breaking the news first

#279

Well shit. I’ve loved watching him since I was a sophomore at Westlake and look forward to watching him on NBC. Thanks for the memories!

Hahahaha

Fuck Brees

Fuck smug Payton

Fuck the Saints

If everything since 2009 is karma, it's all still worth it.

Rough indeed... kind of sad that it ended this way for him.

It sums up his career to be honest. Lost in the whole Rams controversy 2 years ago, he threw a pick in overtime. He folds in these games. But he won them a ring over a decade ago so for most Saints fans, he is immortal. But a better QB could have gotten them another ring in the last 5 years.

The Vikings knocking out the Saints in 2017 and last year in heartbreak fashion makes up a little for what they did to Favre in 09

Drew still gets to go home and smash that not feeling bad for him

If he can manage to put it in the right place.

Even though we're about to run into a buzz saw against GB in their house, I'm proud that we actually made it to the NFC champ game in year 1. Brady really is the goat. He also had a shit ton of offensive weapons, but still. I expected to make the playoffs, but not this far in the first year.

NO looked poorly disciplined much of the season too. I wonder if Peyton’s seat will start warming up soon.

NO has been one of the best NFL teams of the last four years. Bad luck and Brees' decline put a ceiling on their runs.

Maybe. But those aren’t just sitting out there. They were gonna draft Mahomes if he fell to them.

Based on past few years ending on such sour notes, how can it not?

Brees going out like Terry Bradshaw and Brett Favre... washed up and the reason his team loses.
