Just hope the top QBs get upset because we haven’t faced one and QE isn’t going to get it done in a shootout.

To me it sure looks like Quinn plays the second half to manage the game.  In the first half he seemed aggressive against Kentucky.  I think you’d be surprised.

Found tweets of most of the deep plays. Here's the breakdown for each.      Play 1 (69 yarder): It's Cover 1 Man.  Jamison is in man on the outside WR and does well until he quits

I've hung out with Jordan Davis a few times due to his wife and my wife having a mutual friend.

I got an autograph and briefly speak with Henry Winkler and Bo Hopkins at Hot August Nights in Reno.  Thats right, the OG, Fonzie.  Not some weakass, wannabe crooner like Potsie.

Still can’t believe how good the secondary got in 1 year.  And only 1 of those guys wasn’t here last year.

Development. Ryan Watts is on the IR with the Steelers; Terrell Brooks sits the bench in Champaign; and Jerrin Thompson is now out of position in Auburn instead of Austin.

Kitan Crawford has performed well at Nevada where the competition is a better match for his talent.

Fair. He seemed to find himself out of position a lot while he was here.

I don’t know why Vernon Broughton was 4 yards from the sideline in coverage but sweet recovery!

I played on a Texas defense with Earl Thomas, Brian Orakpo, Sergio Kindle, Sam Acho, Lamar Houston, Keenan Robinson, Aaron Williams, etc… This 2024 Texas Defense might be better. An intense, aggressive, violent and tenacious group of warriors!@TexasFootball FOREVER.

The number of combined offensive TD’s by Oklahoma and Texas A&M against the Longhorn defense in 2024: 0

Amazing team defense tonight.  Just everyone playing sound, aggressive defense.  Great tackling.  Putting up 40 points a game is great but a lot of teams do that.  Playing defense like this team is special.

Are we sure this still isn’t just Patterson pulling the strings though? Jury is still out IMO

Nah, it's Nansen now.

In all seriousness, do you notice how every assistant succeeds under PK? Kenny Baker looks like a really good hire but my bet is any DL coach would thrive under PK.

When you start seeing every assistant look good under a coordinator it's a good sign the coordinator is just damn good.

Everyone loved PK because no one knew much about him. He coached at a far away place for a highly ranked defense and the fans there loved him.

But having seen him up close, yeesh. His gameplans against Arkansas and OU (particularly after Rattler went out out) were beyond moronic. His personnel decisions are baffling. Even if we recruit this all world talent we allegedly need to have good defense, do you really trust this motherfucker to game plan on a week to week basis in the big 12 or SEC?

This fuckin guy.  Lulz.

I guess the answer is: yes. yes we do.

And only one from Arkansas. If you'd have told me before the season that we'd play our three historical rivals this year and they would score a combined seven points on offense I'd have thought you were smoking crack.

How about some credit for Trey Moore who was throwing aggy players around like rag dolls all game

If you just look at counting stats you might think Trey Moore isn't having that good of a season, especially compared to some other guys on the team, but it really just feels like he's involved in so much. He was such a good pickup.

Barron Sorrell should’ve had a pick or even pick 6 too

he will catch the next one

Sooner or later udub will park a dump truck of cash on his  driveway and steal him

I don't think he wants to be a head coach (that's been rumored for a long time).

He's 58 and almost certainly had a bunch of head coaching opportunities already.

He’s been dang good this season, but like you said, a lot of what he’s doing isn’t showing up.
