What did this guy do to get sent to the Max (NOT Supermax) prison in Colorado?  I mean, he's in the building next to terrorists, bombers, and serial killers?

Thanks surly lawdog, appreciate the favor

  • BearSchlong changed the title to Surly Lawdogs, question about federal felony charges

He got caught with an two-month expired paper license tag on his 12 year old Altima he bought 13 months ago.

Thanks to the lawdog that pm'd me the criminal complaint.

In general terms, a member of my ex wife's family with prior felonies was beating on his old lady.  She called the cops and reported he had a gun which as a felon isn't allowed.  The DEA handled it in federal court and he went away to max security fed prison.  I suspect he was on the DEA's radar and he made for an easy conviction.

I'm 10 yrs post divorce, that family is full of psychopaths.

Turns out they're real serious about that DO NOT REMOVE mattress tag thing.
