February 3, 20214 yr if we try to go tit for tat with them from deep they will blow us the fuck out. hate that first shot from Brown. a side-fading three pointer for an airball.

February 3, 20214 yr Ramey failed today block out on his man and it cost us two points. little things.
February 3, 20214 yr Glad Horns came back from being down 8-0. Need to value to ball more -- every possession is important tonight if TEXAS has a chance to beat baylor...
February 3, 20214 yr 4 of our 7 shots have been threes. guaranteed ass kicking if we keep that up. Edited February 3, 20214 yr by shadow_operative
February 3, 20214 yr obvious but not gonna be able to hang in this if you keep allowing 8-10 unanswered points at a time.
February 3, 20214 yr have we even run an offensive set yet, or have we just thrown up the first shot we've seen every single time? have any of our forwards actually touched the ball yet?

February 3, 20214 yr Coleman and Ramey need to play better... can have all the poor shot selection, indecisiveness, and turnovers and expect to stay in this game
February 3, 20214 yr we have got to get these rebounds. Sims and Brown both blocked out the same huy there leaving another guy unmarked, while our guards didn't attack the long rebound. we've got to step it up and get on Baylor's level.

February 3, 20214 yr Greg Brown still thinks he just drive towards the basket with his head down and no plan.

February 3, 20214 yr GB III tries to take a charge from well inside the semicircle. He's having a brutal game thus far. Air balls his first shot, gets his shit swatted, then picks up back to back fouls. yeesh. Edited February 3, 20214 yr by shadow_operative

February 3, 20214 yr I fully expect people to blame Shaka the duration of this thread and I’m not too sure why. Baylor is just a way better team than we are. My fear is we will make mistakes trying to keep up with the athleticism, preciseness, and execution of Baylor. An example of that is Baylor just took a charge right outside the RA and then we try to do the same thing but not realizing we were so far deep in the RA is an auto-block. I like this test for the team. This is the best team they will play all year.
February 3, 20214 yr how do we let a BU player get that rebound when we have three white shirts (including Sims and Kai) all over him?
February 3, 20214 yr 1 minute ago, Pancho said: I fully expect people to blame Shaka the duration of this thread and I’m not too sure why. It's because of all the same reasons it's always been. Our offense is trash, we take way too many bad shots and have way too many empty possessions every single game, and we make the same exact mistakes over and over again, never learning from them.
