Nice cameo by the Lincoln Lawyer in episode 7.

Hah, that’s what my wife and i said when we saw the flashback!

We also said that young Bosch Looked like Him, so I looked it up and it’s Titus’ own son who played him
Spoiler

Luchador has no idea what he's unleashed.

This show is a lot like the Mickey Haller books, even reference”the Brass Verdict, except the show is Shittier with less compelling characters and content

Damn, a season ending cliffhanger. When does this come back?

probably going to be another year.  the prior series was mostly spaced that far apart.

Also the red head officer that Bosch dated in season 1(maybe 2) total smokeshow that gave Gil Bang a big boner every time he saw her died this year.

Two new spinoffs coming; 1 featuring Jerry Edgar and another featuring Renee Ballard.  For those that don't read the books, Ballard is the new main character for Connelly; an LAPD detective that starts on "The Night Shift".

Between Bosch and the spinoff, and the two new spinoffs, the Lincoln Lawyer movie with MM, the Lincoln series, etc, I'd say Connelly is doing pretty, pretty, pretty good.

Season 2 dropped on FreeVee. Hits the ground running.

All the recurring characters are there. I LOVE Crate & Barrel.

"Drop whatever you're doing. I got something for ya." and they did.

Bosch on X: "Every workplace needs a duo like Crate and Barrel. Thanks @PasteMagazine" / X

first 2 episodes are pretty cliche, which is unusual for Connelly's stuff.

I am disappoint.

I finished the first episode and man was it intense. Titus in my opinion is great.

Through the first 4. Interesting.

But the wife and I love Bosch-verse so we might be slanted opinions

I can’t get enough of the show and glad Harry is back in the house overlooking LA. Am I the only one that thinks Maddie still doesn’t look like a cop?

I think Maddie looks like she belongs in my bed.

Maddie as a  patrol cop will never seem right to me. But the writing holds up.

She is both too skinny and too hot to be believable as a patrol cop.

3rd and "final" season of bosch legacy is out with 4 of 10 episodes dropping today and all of them out by easter

Saw that. I have new plans this weekend.

I saw that and realized that I never watched S2.  Started that up last night.

Like the premise of the new season,

Spoiler

but the hatchet job seems to have backfired.

For some reason, I got through like the first couple episodes of season one and then totally forgot about this show. Restarting it now, I like the buzz and the fact there’s now three seasons so that’s gotta be a good sign.

Young Sheldon Bosch

Might need to update the thread title to include 'yet another'

This show will be quite the departure for the Bosch-iverse, as Michael Connelly hasn’t written much about Bosch’s days as a rookie cop. The standard formula for all the Bosch shows has been to adapt one to two books per season. Per Deadline, the show will be set in 1991, a totally chill time to be a cop in Los Angeles. A 26-year-old Bosch “finds himself drawn into a high-profile heist and a web of criminal corruption that will test his loyalty to the badge.” Spoiler alert: He stays loyal to the badge for another 30 years. Unlike all its sister series on Prime Video, Bosch: Start of Watch will stream on MGM+. But if you need more Bosch content before then, fear not. Ballard was just renewed for a second season, and there’s always The Lincoln Lawyer on Netflix. Bosch and the Lincoln Lawyer are half-brothers, BTW. Did you know that? Impress a dad with that factoid at your next barbecue.

Could be interesting if the writing holds up.

  • Gil Bang changed the title to "Bosch" spinoff coming (and another one)
