  • I took my nieces to the TCU game in Ft Worth.  The youngest is a 12 year old libero for her school team and a HUGE Longhorn fan.  When it got to 12-12 in the 5th, she said "They're so young and probab

My thoughts so far.  1) I hate to say it because I loved Cat but I think we upgraded at libero. Petersen won't make the wow plays that Cat made but she looks to be much more consistent in serve r

  • Screw her. I predict team chemistry is 1000x better this year.

If we can’t terminate we’re going to lose. Gotta figure something out.

Yeah, we don't have a Haley or Bailey that can hit over the block or a Paulina that can just blast through the block.....Amy Neal  knew how to hit around and tool the block...and no Chiaka who could kill any slide attack.

Hopefully, this will be the last time we have 3 freshmen hitting the wall all in the same match (Brionne, Katarina, and at times Sydney).

Would be nice to pick up that back row attack. We blocked it once.

25-22 set 2 win for Texas. This has to be demoralizing for TCU. Not sure they can play much better defensively and it hasn't mattered.

Would be nice if TX had a consistent back row attack...

I'm really surprised that Logan isn't playing all the way around...but just watching her, she doesn't look ready yet...always a step slow and seems out of position  on defense.  There are so many freshman players on other teams who didn't have the accolades that Logan did who are playing all 6 rotations...and doing it well...it's just frustrating because that is the big knock on the Tx coaches.

Texas finding a way to win even when things aren't going well is good for future matches.

I expect us to play like crap this set after taking an early 2 set lead.

And you are right...TO Texas.

Worst match of the season for Butler. If Butler was just average tonight this would be a spanking.

And Luketic. I’d rather see Orie out there

Good god...Katarina can't put any heat on an OOS ball.

Omg Brionne is garbage tonight

Gotta stop setting Butler if she keeps hitting the ball 10 feet out of bounds.

White just needs to go to a standing float serve.

I think Ashley forgets who she is setting in the middle...too low for Butler and too high for Johnson.

Ashley is so inconsistent....that set to Johnson was at the net level.

He should have benched Butler quite some time ago.

Not sure what the hold up on Yaazie was.  She is THE REMEDY for failure to terminate.

I guess he is trying to save her for the end of the season if she is injured???

15-13. Timeout TCU.

We were down 12-6. Looks like the subs gave us some life.

Orie in for Butler. I'll be surprised if Butler returns again. I think Elliott had enough tonight.

Need the block to show up because this is a night where we can't terminate at all.

My god Butler has been awful tonight. Elliott looks pissed.

TCU is really good defensively. If they just had more weapons at the net they would be good.

They switched Butler and Johnson in the rotation...Butler is now at M2 instead of M1.

No communication on the floor....just push Morgan out of the way...lol

Never seen us struggle this much to terminate. We can't put anything away tonight.

They are digging the fuck out of everything.  Including some pretty lucky stuff.
