October 11, 20187 yr Author Gotta keep setting White and Yazzie. Experienced players have been here before. They will stabilize things.
October 11, 20187 yr Micaya pretty animated in the "huddle" during the review. Would be nice if she could step into the leadership role.
October 11, 20187 yr Surprised Logan is playing all 6 rotations...I think the experience will help her long term.

October 11, 20187 yr Tbh Shook deserved to get bench. That was abysmal setting. Worst than some of her stuff last year

October 11, 20187 yr Jhenna's location is actually pretty good...wonder if the hitters are actually trying to adjust to that...lol
October 11, 20187 yr Author Terrible first set but things started to stabilize a bit at the end of the 1st set. Maybe that first set woke some players up.
October 11, 20187 yr Will be interesting to see if Shook gets the start in the 2nd.... Will she throw the team out of whack trying to adjust to her sets or will they let the team adapt to Jhenna's setting even though she doesn't provide a big block?
October 11, 20187 yr 16 minutes ago, TexasDPT said: Wow...5'8 Jhenna Gabriel in for Shook.... I'm surprised she's first off the bench instead of Fisbeck. I guess Elliot trusts her since she's come in to serve in big situations.
October 11, 20187 yr Author ball control is terrible. Our pins and middles will dominate if we could just pass/set.

Fisbeck is a terrible setter. She runs with her hands up getting to balls and totally telegraphs where she is going....plus her location is worse than Shook's.

October 11, 20187 yr I have never seen so many net violations on our team until the last couple years.
October 11, 20187 yr So is the deal with Brionne that she was kind of a project from a poor HS program? She plays more like a true freshman than a RS freshman. She may be kind of psychologically delicate too for the same reasons.
