I tried the search feature and couldn’t find anything. The wife and I are thinking about Antigua next year for our 20th. Anyone been and have any recommendations?

We’ve done the US and British VIs a lot, done St Lucia and St Marteen. St John is probably our favorite. The water and beaches look amazing in Antigua and this last season of Below Deck is there and it looks great.

I was there years ago via a cruise ship so I probably won’t be much help.  It was a pretty island from what I remember.  I did a two person kayak with the wife and spent the whole time yelling at her because old ladies with oxygen in another kayak were going faster than us.  Finally told her to stop rowing and I will do everything.  Haven’t been on a kayak with her since. Fun times.

A beach for every day of the year.  It was really pretty and we had fun walking around St. John's.  It was only on a cruise ship stop but it's an island I'd love to explore.

We went there on our honeymoon in 2001.  My step-father at the time was a member of the Mill Reef club.  So we were able to stay there under his membership at a cabana on the beach, and it was fantastic.  We ventured into St. John's one afternoon, and once we got away from the tourist traps around where the cruise ships disembarked, we found some cool little restaurants and the like.  But we mostly stayed to the club and its private beaches.
