This is fucking bullshit, btw. Everyone else who found themselves in covid protocol situations had to sit. This prima-donna asshole flaunts the rules while seemingly unvaccinated and gets away with it. I’m sure he’ll learn his lesson. Rules for thee, but not for me.

10 years ago we were saying that it was past time for Hubie to be put out to pasture. how he's still being paid to spend 2.5 hours saying things like, "now watch here; you've got your pass, and then he's going to get the dribble, and then he goes up, and that's the shot" is beyond me.

Milwaukee gets into these lulls when the allow Giannis to begin the attack too much. They're much better when he's screening to begin the attack.

Why even bother wiring someone like Duncan Robinson for sound? Let me guess, he's going to say a dozen "Let's go!"'s and a handful of "That's what I'm talking about!"'s.

Now, you ask if Hubie should be calling these games? You know that if you're a fan of our league, he's going to overstate the obvious. Now, you have to like what Hubie is doing and making excellent decisions with his broadcasting today but you do wonder if he can make it through an overtime in the same set of depends. Painted area, blah blah blah, painted area.

Giannis has struggled offensively but that defensive play against Butler was awesome. Just reached his giant fucking arm around him and pried the ball loose.

I assumed Giannis had 5 fouls the way Jimmy is blowing past him. No. 3.

He was too worried about doubling off on the 3. They were trying to run some type hand off action and Giannis was overly anticipating it.

I'll never understand why the Budenholzer refuses to use Giannis as a screener in the pick n' roll. Looks like Middleton bailed his ass out.

Hell yeah!! The Mavs are getting in that ass.

Is that why the free throw lane is black? Lulz.

man, the playoffs are off to a really nice start.  LAL/GS, GS/Memphis and now the first two playoff games have all been very good games.

The Mavs win this series (🤞 ) and that picture is more than iconic. Take the loss pussies! Congrats Mavs on Game 1!

I just don't see how Boston doesn't get completely ran out of the gym in this series.

And I had Mavs +5.5. Luka gives them nightmares and he's coming back to finish the job this time.

If he can't get his ankle right Phoenix may fuck around and whip their ass.

As long as Boston hits everything and the Nets miss every 3 they have a chance.

Well I guess they are showing me so far.

Brooklyn mainly beating themselves, though. Which I guess qualifies as a way Boston might have a shot.

Kemba is getting fucking abused. Great signing, Ainge.

And Tatum trying to swipe at the ball on a KD fadeaway. That ain't gonna work, chief.

Wow…somehow KD didn’t break an arm there

That fall would have ended Anthony Davis' career.

That's the worst Nets shooting half Boston is going to get all series and they're up 6. They can still win but they're going to need to play better in the 2nd half - they were getting found out a bit in that 2nd quarter.

Pretty fun game so far though.
