That 3rd set was crazy. Had a feeling the tiebreak would decide the match.

Lots of great battles between Nadal/Federer/Djoker. None of the young guys seem to have the talent or potential of those three which is a shame.

Tsitsipas game is by far the cleanest. But bottom line is that Federer, Nadal and Djokovic are able to hit the ball with above average pace and not miss at a rate that is absolutely unreal and has never been seen before. Not to mention they’ve all forced themselves to be great at all parts of the game. They mentioned a few times how Djokovic spent the last year spending a hugely disproportionate amount of time working on his drop shot… most important point of the match, down set point in set 3 and he pulls it out perfectly

Rafa's always been my favorite player even though I felt in my heart he was a slight step behind Djoker or Federer from a natural talent perspective especially outside of clay. Nadal always had an unreal work ethic off the court and "want it more". Could see him in the 2nd or 3rd round against a nobody and he would still be chasing down balls like his life depended on it.

I admired Nadal and Federer's humbleness as far as GOATs go. Can't say I hate Djoker though. He's been awesome to watch over the years.

13 French Open titles for Nadal. That’s nuts.

Before this tournament...

Medvedev had 11 career WINS on clay, yet he was seeded #2 and pushed Nadal to #3, which is why he faced Djokavic in the semis.

VAMOS TSITSIPAS!!!

And he could reach Grand Slam #19.

He’ll be favored in London, where he could pick up his 20th Slam.

I’m NYC (Queens), he could be going for:

#21

Calendar Slam (first since Rod Laver in the ‘60s on the Men’s side?)

VAMOS TSITSIPAS!!

Newsflash.  Bullneck is behind the times.

#1 vote getting, Iga Swiatek, is the only woman on this list still in contention for winning a French Open Title.

Stay tuned tomorrow (later today).

It must be demoralizing to play the ladies’ doubles final after the men are done.

TekTek could take it, but our new singles champ is favored with Siniakova.

... AND DONE!

Turned it on for the first Match Point.

The second Match Point and it was all done.

Man, miss the days of American men being at the top.

Tsitsipas taking the strategic MTO is a bad sign. He's frustrated, and unlike Novak he doesn't get better when he's frustrated.

I'm not a tennis expert and would never pretend to be, so I probably can't truly appreciate how difficult the shit is that these guys execute. But what an impressive mindset to down 0-2 and respond like that. What a killer. 👏👏

Some great tennis the past few days. Always astonishing to watch one of the greats battle back from down 2 sets.

I had to turn the volume off cause listening to McEnroe try to pronounce Tsitsipas made my brain bleed.

I don’t follow the men, anyone here knows, but that mother fucker is bad. Just rips winners when necessary, crazy shit.

Well, that guy won again.
He’s pretty good at this whole tennis thing.
Great match.

Yep. I feel bad for Novak. He wants to be beloved like Fed and Rafa but it’s not going to happen. He just has to embrace the evil genius angle.
Tsitsipas level really dropped in the later sets. He has a great game though.

These tall dudes that cover so much of the court are crazy to watch.

Tsitsipas level also dropped in his last match after 2 sets. Hopefully it's more a physical thing he can work on.

Props to the Djoker. Probably the GOAT. If not now then in the short future there will be no question.

Anyone subscribe to tennis channel + or whatever it’s called? Opinions on if it’s worth it?

What is your goal? ESPN+ is the best for the 3 non-French Slams. I’ll shoot you the best tennis stream if you need it.

Ah I forgot about ESPN+. Yeah I’m more interested in watching early rounds of smaller tournaments when my work schedule allows.
