I don't know why we don't move him and/or melendez down. back to back is brutal.

i've thought about this, but w europe hitting behind them is pretty much 0-fer in Omaha as well. if a couple of those guys were hitting i would absolutely shift the lineup around from 4-8.

had him off balance the entire AB there.

With strike three called at golf tee level.

Oh shit now seeingthe game is at the 1st...didn't realize there was a rain delay. Let's go!!!!

I would hope the reason for a large strike zone isn’t because we started the game later.

its human nature.

Kam really didnt get a good start on that.

I think it was treys.  Playing a bit outside himself. Can’t do that

re: Cam fielding the ball in front of Faltine, i'd always rather have my guys all going too hard than guys hesitating and leaving the play for the other guy. our pitching and defense is good enough to make up for small errors like that anyway.

Tough play.

Yeah. No qualms there. When he didn't attempt the throw after he got it under control it told me that it would have been tight.

Hansen has a lot of movement on his pitches tonight.

yep Ardoin was kind of surprised on that last curve

alright.... we got out without an issue.     can we please get some hits this inning?

Ivan hasnt exactly lit up the CWS yet, but at least hes made some consistent contact instead of golfing at strike 3

Eh. Ball was dying pretty quick. Not sure Trey would have had time either.

We got out clean. On to the next one.

zero wrong with Cam taking that.  Faltine never gets the lefthander running on that cue shot.

Damn... Ivan might have power... but hes kinda slow.      barely got to 2nd there

When that ball left the pitcher's hand, I though, "that must be crushed." Ivan came through.

Called those low pitches balls.  Good sign.

Melendez has broken out of his slump I think. He has just looked so much better in Omaha than he did in the Supers.

horrible from Daly..  make the guy work with a runner on.

no need to swing at that pitch, especially not on the first pitch.

why was Daly not at least showing bunt.  wasted fucking AB.

I can't remember the last time Daly did anything to impress.  He just hasn't been on the same level as the other guys.

If you walk Faltine you're digging yourself a shit hole.
