April 23, 20223 yr Props to Arteta for tweaking the lineup starting with Chelsea, bringing in Elneny to partner Xhaka in midfield and giving Eddie a chance upfront. That partnership has worked really well the past two matches, and Nketiah has banged in three in two. Edited April 23, 20223 yr by Dutch
April 23, 20223 yr Great win. Jesus ManU is a clusterfuck. You hate to see it, but more than that.....you love to see it.
April 24, 20223 yr Author lol this shit just blurted out of me after the goal, and i'm using it from now on: 😂😂😂
May 1, 20223 yr Was it ugly? Do I care? NOPE. Three points without Ben White, both centerhalfs on the scoresheet, and back into 4th. ARSENAL ARSENAL ARSENAL! Remaining fixtures: Chelsea, 66pts: Wolves (H), Leeds (A), Leicester (H), Watford (H). Hard to see them dropping many points. But then again, I thought they wouldn’t today. They’re quietly getting dragged into the 4th battle. The Arsenal 63pts +13GD : Leeds (H), Tottenham (A), Newcastle United (A), Everton (H). Cannot, Cannot, CANNOT lose the NLD. Sh*t, 61pts +20GD: Liverpool (A), Arsenal (H), Burnley (H), Norwich City (A). Pool are fighting for the title and Burnley are fighting to avoid relegation. Edited May 1, 20223 yr by Dutch
May 8, 20223 yr Author helluva start! hoping eddie can get himself a hat trick, and then decide that he wants to sign a new contract and fight for his spot. let's keep it going in this second half. COYG!! 🔴⚪️
May 8, 20223 yr More of a nail biter than I'd like, but it's 3 points. Only 1 behind Chelsea for 3rd place.
May 8, 20223 yr Ødegaard for £30m (less after sales) is looking damn good business. Elneny and Nketiah have played really well since Arteta put them in the XI. Add that Tomi is back, and we’re playing well at the right time. We’ve won the league at WHL; would be nice to clinch 4th there, too. That said, I’d gladly take a draw. May 8, 20223 yr El Neny in his current form has impressed me more that Partey. He works very well with Xhaka.

May 12, 20223 yr Win the North London Derby and we go 3rd. Which Arsenal team will show up, I wonder.
May 12, 20223 yr 2 hours ago, Bullneck said: Which Arsenal team will show up, I wonder. The wrong one. what a kick in the nuts. The optimist in me says everything is still in our hands. Beat Newcastle and Everton, and we’re in the Champions League. The realist in me, sadly, expects us to drop points in one or both of those matches. We are in desperate need of a world class No9.
May 13, 20223 yr This week's edition of Red Card or No Red Card: Elbowing someone in the head: Red Card or No Red Card? Ref thought process: Does he play for Arsenal? No? Then No Red Card. Edited May 13, 20223 yr by Dutch
May 16, 20223 yr This is it. Nothing less than six points from six will do. Another fold job, or do we rally within the crucible of pressure and emerge? 🙏 its the latter.
May 16, 20223 yr Author super soft booking for holding, immediately followed by two much worse fouls by newcastle, taking players out from behind, no cards. just a quiet little talking to. aka the usual.
May 16, 20223 yr Author Ode gets fouled way worse than what holding did for his booking- no call, three seconds later and ASM nearly scores. terrible.
May 16, 20223 yr Author not that we are doing anything to deserve tj win this game in the first place, but still. very frustrating.
May 16, 20223 yr Pathetic. Fourth on the line and we roll this performance out. Still a half to save it but not on this evidence...
May 16, 20223 yr Author wow, this has been an awful performance. i'd hate to be a suns fan who is also an arsenal supporter. god damn.
May 16, 20223 yr How do we suck so bad against bad teams? That’s all coaching right? You HAVE to get up for games like this.
May 16, 20223 yr How do we suck so bad against bad teams? That’s all coaching right? You HAVE to get up for games like this. Completely on Arteta. If one thing you can count on is us shitting the bed when it matters.
May 16, 20223 yr The rot clearly hasn’t been cleared from the club. Season on the line and we roll that out there? That’s Newcastle not Real Madrid. Arteta has some blame but the players? Where the hell is their fortitude and pride? Sad things is…I’m not surprised.
May 16, 20223 yr Welp… if they can’t beat Newcastle (playing for nothing) with Champions League on the line, they didn’t deserve it to begin with.
