FX is crushing the comedies. Does “FX on Hulu” mean I have to have Hulu to watch it? I watch Dave and WWDITS on YouTube TV no problem.

Yes, this one is a Hulu exclusive.

Dave and What We Do in the Shadows are both FX broadcast shows that air on Hulu the next day.

When I see Hanzee I naturally expect him to kill everybody

This came across my radar the other day -- as far as I'm concerned Taika Watiti is a goddamn genius. You bet I'm in!

A reminder that this starts on Monday night. It's only on Hulu, yes?

I'm in. I hope it's good - there's not nearly enough native popular culture

I have faith Waititi is gonna kill it with this.

I can't wait. Filmed locally, and there really isn't enough Native American culture in film, looking forward to seeing genuine humor from inside the culture.

I thought you misspelled Reservoir Dogs

Same. Was looking forward to discussing one of my favorite movies of all time

semi midget indian twin rappers?

In

Watched the first two episodes tonight. Entertaining enough to watch more.

Hit a pothole and died right there

but Custer… I looked him in the eye

Second episode slayed me more than the first

Just finished the premiere. In.

+1 on the spirit guide.

Also loved the bitchy medical receptionist- "this girl with stomach pain is selling meat pies, anyone want one?"

The twins on the bikes kill me.

Really enjoyable so far… good ability of switching from humor to pointing out the harsh realties these kids live in.

I have been binging What we do in the shadows this week and this trailer kept popping up. Definitely gonna check it out now

I can’t get their rap out of my head. Pop pop pop!

Joining the chorus here that really enjoyed it. The mix of comedy, drama, and surrealism reminded me of Atlanta.

I’d have killed the season in a day If it was available

Same. Watched the second episode last night. Fantastic.

Dr. Kang and William Knife-Man are hilarious.

Watched the first 2 last night.

I liked it and had some good lol's.  Wife thought it was depressing.  Of course she is on her phone and half paying attention, so she misses the subtle funny dialogue.

Loved the first two episodes. Great combo of humor and serious feels. Can't wait for new episodes!

Yeah, Waititi's stuff doesn't work like that.

They talking about taking my foot off and my toes are black!! Loving the first episode

Third episode might be my favorite.

"I told y'all I live off the land."

"And Sonic."

Yeah the wife and I started this last night. Two episodes in and loving it.

Taika Watiki can do no wrong.

Loved seeing Sewage Joe from Parks & Rec, lol. That guy is awesome.

Yeah forgot to mention earlier. Love Dr. Kang.

”You mean, like, back to China?”

”I’m from San Diego.”

Also - don’t know what “Meat Pies” are but they look delicious and I’m very interested.

Excellent third episode. The uncle and his ditch/yard weed was hysterical.

I’m two episodes in on my brother’s recommendation. Very funny and sad at the same time. When he told me about it, I was imaging Navajo nation, which is as close as it gets to shitty in the US to favelas in Brazil as it gets. But it was more like southern poor (or I guess Great Plains). Regardless, entertaining so far and will keep watching.
