Juggernaught. Just wait, sips. You can’t handle the week-in, week-out grind of an SECX3 schedule. Especially in football and baseball.

I'm not sure even that does it justice. They were amping up for months about this season. Same realm of anticipation as we had for 2005 football to get started.

The SEC doubted us. They said we were soft. They said we couldn't handle it.  Now the  excuses.  We  have  broken them. Made the SEC championship. We're #1 in baseball and have taken out the so-called "powers."

Now what's their excuse?.  We gort an an easy schedule according to aggy. We've take down LSU, Georgia, Ole Miss, Aggy, etc

 Who's next? No one wants a piece of us. There's a reason we're #1

We waited. We were doubted and we were ranked #20. Then started kicking down doors a bearing everyone we played to crumble the part that they're on their knees sucking.  We played without our best. vA--Rod  played dinged up and still whipped their asses.

Now we have a regional to fuck up other teams. Wait for Beyleu to come back and now tthey're in fjcking, big trouble. Mendoza is on fire, and he's not all the way healthy. Beyleu is about to hang Homer's, and Volantis is gonna close out those pussies. We make the superrs and then the CWS. We're the nightmare they fear. It's time we win, kick everyone's asses.

Dearroy everyone in our way amd lift that trophy. Our time has come.

With the #1 class coming in next year we will own the SEC again and again and again. Fellas it's our time fuck everyone in our way.

Oh, and fuck Arkansas. We'll sweep them, too.

They are also treating a one run victory in baseball the same way that they count their close losses in football as victories: We're just 9 points from being 9-0.

They're not nearly the same.

In football you usually only get one game. In baseball, you play a series to more thoroughly establish the better team. Win two, you're better. Win three, you're dominant.

One point wins in football are not terribly common. One run wins in baseball are far more common. If one team manages an extra run with fewer hits to win, that's a sign of the excellence in every phase of play. No runs are awarded for number of hits. In fact, a low run to hit ration signals something bad about your team and its management.

They think they almost swept us. Anyone else paying attention sees that the full measure of the Aggies has been established.

Most teams, when swept, feel humbled. Aggies feel robbed by the conference commissioner, the umps, and toxic evil.

Anyone with an AgTag would be smart to start a class action lawsuit against A&M for receiving zero education for the money they spent on college.

I love it when they start playing their idiotic hypothetical game where they win all of the games they've never played. However, it is hysterical when they do it immediately after watching reality make an appearance slap them repeatedly upside the head while they babble. There are multiple people in those threads who are proclaiming the aggies hypothetical victors under numerous other circumstances with less than 24 hours between the post and a full sweep by their arch rival. It's insane.

"Well, at home or on a neutral field, where we made just a few less errors and made a few more timely hits, and the umpires actually called a fair game and didn't ignore that his foot was obviously off the bag on that last double play out, and where Greg Sankey never let them into the SEC, and if all of their mothers had never fucked their fathers, and if Schloss had actually loved us back, we'd have beat their asses."

Right.

The notion and lamentation that they are only hiring “good guys who get us” while everyone else is hiring the college sports versions of JR Ewing, Lex Luthor, Thanos and Darth Vader is both comical and absurd. If they tried to tell anyone else familiar with the college landscape that kind of simpleton fantasy, the person would either politely get really thirsty and walk off, or just explode into laughter.

The problem with their logic about earley in yr 2 and 3 is that Schloss will be in yr 2 and 3 also. This yrs team might be his worst and they’re pretty good. Future is bright boys

If Darth Vader is available, I say we take him. He'd look cool as hell on the sidelines, he''s a proven motivator, we'd have the force choke option for opponents on critical plays, and the Force would make sure we never miss a field goal again.

So was schloss always a terrible person and they hired him anyway, or did he become terrible during his time in college station?  Doesn’t seem like either option bathes them in the cherubic light of the innocents.

He became terrible because he didn't buy into their cult.

You see, we don't see Texas A&M as just another university. We go there to be part of something more than just another student body. We join a great tradiiton of honor and integrity. We have traditions that can seem sort of strange, but it's a very special place. You become a part of something bigger than yourself in College Station. The bond that Aggies feel is magic. You see someone else wearing the Aggie ring, and you immediate know you're with a brother.

I can't explain the chills you get at muster.

The entire baseball world was wondering why the fuck Earley pulled that JAG off the bench to K on 6 pitches.

Reading their bullshit about "only one run" losses makes me wonder: do they think that a one run loss is a 51% loss, and a 49% win?  That seems to be how they view it.  Idoits.

I love this kind of response. It perfectly encapsulates the doublethink that allows them to continue to dupe themselves.

“We didn’t do something stupid, you just didn’t get it.”

The rubes will read this and assume there’s some strategery behind circus that they don’t understand. Because they’re dumb and accustomed to not understanding things. But the tweet suggests that the sips are dumb too, so the Aggies will just smile and stop thinking about it. Because thinking is hard.

I have a feeling this is it for this year's Aggies. They were rolling after stumbling then slammed into concrete embankment. The photo looks like one after being eliminated. They have to start all over with the mental part. It doesn't look to me like they can.

Also, I wonder if they get the eyeblack from their shineboxes.

So that, plus this from some other aggy thread:

image.thumb.png.ab2a810af8eade185b2eabb24dd6901b.png

I realize it's a pointless exercise to think about this, but to me it's one of the sadder manifestations of the culture of insecurity and inadequacy at that place, and for some reason has always irked me.

I've heard A&M grads brag about how opportunities were given to them which they really weren't qualified for, or how they were selected for things over competitors with a secret "Aggie Ring Wink."  I really just shouldn't at all be surprised by the cognitive dissonance that displays with regard to the general political zeitgeist of that place, but whatever.

When I interview a Texas grad, you'd better bring your A game.  My expectations of you are now higher than your peers, not lower.
When I'm working with a trainee who's a Texas grad, I'm more disappointed with you if you're not up to expectations, not more forgiving.

I don't know why I find this so discouraging, although maybe it's because (unpopular opinion) I do have some very good Aggie friends who are very competent and accomplished, or because on the whole the state would be better off if that system wasn't so culturally bound to fuck up anything good it could ever accomplish outside of athletics.

Just part of the cruel and tragic aggy shenanigans, I guess.  And the problem is mine for thinking I could rationally understand that place.

Thanks for listening to my TURD Talk.
