There is a place in Frisco, Kolache Heaven, that has the best kolache's and klobasnek's i have ever had.

I just realized there is a new place in Addison just down from my office, Zamykol Kolache's.  Tried them today, pretty damn good.

That Kolache Factory chain is dogshit.

All I’ve really ever had is the ones from the random strip mall Asian places that say “DONUTS” on the sign.  And, meanwhile...they might be the single greatest thing on earth.  So this thread hits close to hone

There's a donut joint on Greenville between Lovers and Soutthwestern, I believe, called Js.  A couple of Chinese ladies.  They just have sausage rolls, and, of course, donuts, but their dough is pretty spectacular, just yeasty air, and so are their donuts and sausage rolls.  If they ever undertook kolaches, per se, they would be fantastic.

Are we talking about Czech-style kolaches or what I like to call Highland Park kolaches (pig-in-blanket)?
