Alfred was a star in the Alamo Bowl, but I've seen nothing on him this Fall. Is he still around?

He was talked about extensively in Fall Practice, but he doesn't play in one game and you haven't seen him "this Fall." This fall consisting of one game to date. Outstanding thread, really.

After Saturday Pittman will probably wonder why our starting tailback had so many TFLs.

probably in class. maybe his dorm room. hard to say really. have you tried calling him?

I didn't know we were looking for him!

His name was searched on this site and I watched the Louisiana game over very carefully looking for his number.  Excuse me for a seasonal overstatement. I do not recall seeing him in the Spring Game either. The pathetic excuses for sarcasm on this site add very little.

I thinking of a completely different organ that I’d like her to “bless”.

When asked about Alfred Collins, Sarkisian said you have to earn playing time and he is close. He's a talented player and is in a position to get more playing time this week.

he’s been in the doghouse for some reason.

Interesting language...is it like 20% more? Because that'd still be 0.

Seriously, I look forward to beating the hawg shit outta Arky, hopefully with Collins playing a role in it.

Atleast we aren’t wondering where Bijan is this year…..   Fuck Tom Herman.

I saw him one night in '80 or '81 at Antone's when it was in the old Shakey's at 29th & Guadalupe. He loved to walk off the stage and stroll through the audience, still playing like crazy. That night, he walked all the way out the front door and into the middle of the Drag and back again. Never missed a lick. That was before wireless guitar pickups so he dragged what must have been a 100-foot cord. Had a roadie behind him wrangling the cord. Don't know which one was more impressive--Albert or the roadie. Killer good.

I think I remembering him saying to me as he passed, "If you post this story on Surly, tell 'em I said beat the shit outta' them fuckin' pigs!"

Wrong. It isn’t Fall for another 13 days.

[\bigger asshole]

We convincingly beat an experienced, ranked opponent and you're fisting yourself because the personnel didn't check all your boxes?

Fast And Furious Assets GIF by The Fast Saga

What you gotta do is get a really big burlap sack. Huge one.

Tonight, go to the 1 mile sign on the Barton Greenbelt. Get just off the trail and be very quiet. Get there around 10pm to be sure you're not noticed.

At midnight, we'll start making noise on the trail and drive him towards you. Throw the sack over his head, and you will know for certain where he is.

Might take a couple of hours, so be patient!

Hopefully, he is humble and ready to contribute in any role, wherever needed.

Do you like Phil Collins?

I've been a big Genesis fan ever since the release of their 1980 album, Duke. Before that, I really didn't understand any of their work. Too artsy, too intellectual. It was on Duke where Phil Collins' presence became more apparent. I think Invisible Touch was the group's undisputed masterpiece. It's an epic meditation on intangibility. At the same time, it deepens and enriches the meaning of the preceding three albums. Christy, take off your robe. Listen to the brilliant ensemble playing of Banks, Collins and Rutherford. You can practically hear every nuance of every instrument. Sabrina, remove your dress. In terms of lyrical craftsmanship, the sheer songwriting, this album hits a new peak of professionalism. Sabrina, why don't you, uh, dance a little. Take the lyrics to Land of Confusion. In this song, Phil Collins addresses the problems of abusive political authority. In Too Deep is the most moving pop song of the 1980s, about monogamy and commitment. The song is extremely uplifting. Their lyrics are as positive and affirmative as anything I've heard in rock. Christy, get down on your knees so Sabrina can see your asshole. Phil Collins' solo career seems to be more commercial and therefore more satisfying, in a narrower way. Especially songs like In the Air Tonight and Against All Odds. Sabrina, don't just stare at it, eat it.
