August 19, 20187 yr ^^^ It's dead accurate. I've only had to reset it once in months, and that was when I let it run almost all the way down. Other than that, if you set it to a phone, and keep it wound, it nails it. I often think of the watchmakers in 1890s Massachusetts, sitting there making something that works this well more than 100 years later.

They can stick a lot in those things I know. OK... $29.95.

I have a blue Seamaster that I need to go ahead and get a strap for. It was my "first nice watch" that I purchased, probably 15+ years ago. Be a nice change. Do you order direct? Or are they carried @ places that carry/work on Omega's?

Biggest factor has been the stop-watch/timer (gym & kids sports) and how I can beat it up and not worry about scratches, etc @ the gym, yard word, ranch work. Will probably replace with Suunto Traverse Alpha (GPS function, auto shot detection) for hunting season.

I got mine from Barton, direct from their website. Quality seems good, price was reasonable, and it's cool that they're in Austin.
August 20, 20187 yr Decided on the Sinn 356, but it won't be in for a few more weeks. Thought it had a lot of character and would be versatile to wear in different settings.

August 20, 20187 yr I'm a huge Sinn fan. I had probably 6-8 different Sinn models at pine time. I'm down to 2 now. Great value for the buck.
August 24, 20187 yr That Sinn is awesome. I personally do not like the OEM steal band at all...but can be easily replaced and make it even better lookingGreat bang for the $Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
August 24, 20187 yr Got this bad boy out. Pretty much matches our football uniforms at this point Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

August 26, 20187 yr Alright folks, want your input here. Thinking about the next piece to add to the collection (or two depending on price) and want some input from the group because I’m struggling to decide.Currently have the following:Here’s what’s on my mind lately. August 26, 20187 yr Yeah, always thought the Nautilus was a no brainer but considering the cost it’s made me think pretty hard and look around a bit. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
August 26, 20187 yr I like the UN, but they are more focused on the nautical side of watches like Corum.Glashutte is a good one I will look at. Thanks for the input Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
August 26, 20187 yr That's a strong collection. I'd consider Ulysses Nardin And Glashutte Original GO PML is a solid one as well.

If I ever go for another higher end watch GO is on my top 3 list. Their name says to all... Glashutte Original. Their design is unique, and well executed.
August 26, 20187 yr The gold Sub or the Nautilus would be my choices. LOL at a UN. Might as well just buy a Hublot.

August 26, 20187 yr Glashutte Original makes great pieces. I highly recommend Walter Lange's autobiography for anyone into watches from the Glashutte region.
August 26, 20187 yr Did a quick scan of this thread and didn't see this question so sorry if it was discussed. I'm a confessed novice when it comes to watches. I know some of the big names but not much else. Are the watches on mvmt.com any good? Are they worth it for what they cost? I know they're nothing like what's on this thread, but what about for just an everyday watch?

August 26, 20187 yr It’s the IWC Pilot Dopplechrono Top Gun Ceramic. Great watch. And Cosmi can still eat that dickSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
August 27, 20187 yr From your list, it's really PP and "everything else." But I'd also look at Lange, unless you don't like their style.
August 27, 20187 yr Lol. That’s a great collection but nothing so eye popping as to get called out as ‘full of shit’. I’ll keep lying about my RM/PP etc. 😎
August 27, 20187 yr Might as well throw one in the bonfire: Richard Mille watches look like they should be sold from mall kiosks.
