The laundry shift was a staple in his offenses, they weren’t done just at the end of games.

The process was when the the linemen would “shift” by standing up initially, that’s when the RBs would shift their positions in the backfield, then the linemen would go back to their three point stance this giving the defense a new look in the backfield to deal with….
