Got to love going for 2 twice and missing both of them. Might as well go for 2 the rest of the game and chase those points!!

Rhule fucked up wasted a 2nd half timeout with indecision. Made the right call to run outside but that says he has no faith in his defense at the moment.

Or he’s acknowledging that he’s two scores down against one of the top offenses in the league. Punt the ball and give up another TD and he’s basically done.

Diggs with another pick!

I swear this happens more often than not that once you get behind the points, you end up worse off by chasing it.

I don’t know how the analytics are put together, but they are certainly in opposition to how it feels to me on the occasions that coaches use them outside of necessity.

i agree.  basically what I am saying is going for 2 that early regardless of the distance means if you are running analytics you now have set yourself to go for it every time thereafter.  you could reset if you catch back up I suppose.

this issue is that generally, the NFL is not high scoring, number of possessions is limited v college.  and when you go early there are too many variables the rest of the way that could change the analytics(TO's, field position, etc).

when you get to the 4th quarter the variables become more limited and the # of possessions more definitive.

I bet the vegas casinos love when mccarthy shows up at the craps table.

That time off was unfortunate but I think ended up being great for Dak.  Clearly gave him time to study and slow the game down and also seems to have given him some form of extra competitive fuel

13-3 to lose to the Giants

Romo holding a kick

No Danny No!

That should be enough cold water

Cowboys look different this year.

I think Quinn is pretty decent.  he(and Diggs) are creating turnovers. certainly a big upgrade from what we had.

and having Dak vs. last year is night and day on offense.

Had them beat but for a dropped td pass- and nobody else beat them that playoffs including Brady. Just one of those runs.

im not saying different from last year’s bag of shit  team. Different from how they’ve looked the last decade. Lot’s of confidence, lot’s of youth making plays.
