black man shot and killed by cop in aurora, colorado. cops love to go straight to the lethal option. it’s sickening.

The Aurora Police Department has attacked and killed another unarmed Black man. Rajon Belt-Stubblefield didn’t deserve to die at the hands of police. We need community control of the police and for these killer cops to be charged for their crimesTW: Extreme police violence

the guy needed to be arrested, not murdered.

"Hey 911, Please come and help! Armed invaders just broke into my house!"

The home invasion victim then called 911 for help, but he says the response by the Orange County Sheriff's Office nearly cost him his life.

"I told them on the phone (dispatch) that the home invaders were gone. So I went to the front door when the deputies were there," he said. “I opened the door and everything happened so fast. There were about five deputies there and one of them shot me in the thigh."

after making just about the stupid est mistake he could have, the cop goes into the gas station and starts fishing for more reasons to fuck with this guy. “is he in here causing y’all problems?” “no, he’s a faithful customer who comes here every day after work.” it wasn’t enough that this psycho with a badge pointed his gun at someone for pumping gas, he then had to go on a witch hunt for any reason to try and justify what he did after the fact. and cops like this are a dime a dozen. fuck the police.

The cop who shot a woman in her apartment for moving a pot of water -- as he ordered her to do -- was just convicted of 2nd degree murder.

Should have been 1st degree, but jury opted for the lesser included offense.

https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/sean-grayson-found-guilty-murder-death-sonya-massey-rcna240223

Oh, and as a result of this, nothing will change. No policing standards, no training, no attitude, nothing.  We the people are the enemy, and we are totally expendable.  We live or die based solely on what a cop chooses, and the instances when they are truly answerable for that choice are few and far between.  We call them out when they happen, but most of the time.....they just back each other up, tell a lie that makes it justified, and move on down the road.

I doubt you'd ever get a 1st degree murder conviction of an on-duty cop in almost any circumstance.

Oh fuck right the fuck off.  I hope a big judgement is in his near future.  And unlike most instances, the taxpayers most certainly will deserve footing the bill, as most likely have the same outlook or at least political leanings.

Some leaders of the Mississippi Mafia were arrested

Quote

The first series of indictments concerned an alleged conspiracy “ whereby law enforcement officers and their accomplices are alleged to have agreed to provide safe passage for illegal narcotics and drug proceeds to the Mississippi Delta region and ultimately on the last of those runs into Memphis itself,” Acting U.S. Attorney Clay Joyner said during a Thursday afternoon press conference in Oxford, Mississippi. “They did this in return for bribe payments for money. They are also indicted for related firearms offenses and individual counts related to specific runs throughout the Mississippi Delta.”

In an early morning raid on Oct. 30 around 5 a.m., federal agents arrested the sheriffs of two counties: Sheriff Bruce Williams of Humphreys County and Sheriff Milton M. Gaston of Washington County. https://buff.ly/fqrLT7N

(older video, but I dont think Ive seen it before)

Quote

PATERSON, New Jersey (WABC) -- A former New Jersey police officer who admitted dealing drugs was caught on camera brutally assaulting a suicidal man -- twice.

Federal prosecutors sentenced ex-Paterson officer Ruben McAusland to nearly six years in jail Wednesday for both crimes. He also must pay $32,892 in restitution.

The U.S. Attorney's office released the video this week of 27-year-old McAusland, on duty and in uniform, assaulting a patient at St. Joseph's Regional Hospital in March 2018.

First, surveillance video caught McAusland pushing and punching the man, who was in a wheelchair in a waiting room full of people.

Then the patient, lying in his hospital bed, tells the officer "do it" before McAusland slaps him twice across the face, so hard that blood sprays onto the bed. The man had an eye injury that required surgery.

The patient, identified as Andrew Casciano, has filed a $4 million lawsuit against the city.

Another officer, Roger Then, recorded video of the assault with his cell phone. He has pleaded guilty in the hospital assault.

McAusland pleaded guilty last June to possessing drugs with the intent to distribute and depriving the patient of his civil rights.

Prosecutors say McAusland distributed heroin, crack cocaine, powder cocaine, and marijuana on multiple occasions to someone who was cooperating with law enforcement.

In some cases, the former officer stole drugs from a crime scene while on duty.

This is always infuriating.  Until there is some financial responsibility for these rogue cops, it will continue to happen.  I bet the power trip guys wouldnt even sign up to be a cop if they know there are repercussions to their actions.

Didi anyone see the South Carolina  player assault the DPS officer in the Tunnel at the A&M game yesterday?

Or at least that's exactly how the report would have been written up if it wasn't broadcast on National TV.  Assault of a police officer, that would have been the charge had the player shouldered the officer the way the officer shouldered the football player and yelled at him.  I guess it was reflexive to be honest.  The kid was black...

This is especially on point for me.  Since I was assaulted by a DPS officer, who was offended that I did not bow a knee in The Ritz bar back in the early 80's on St. Patrick's Day. I never though a punch, because the guy could not fight.  In a normal fight I would have walked away having likely knocked him out with my first punch.  As his first glacing blow off my head left his head about chech high in front of me.  Most fights I have ended were by crushing my opponents in the ribs.  This would have been the officers head in this case.

But I KNEW that if I threw a pinch both the officer tha assualted me, and the police that might arrest us both, would simply lie repetitively to portect the officer that assaulted ME!  I got maced int he face point blank, handcuffed and about to be locked up with the officer, but the crowd proclaimed I did not through a punch.  So they cut me loose and took the ooficer that assaulted me away.  So I wake up and call down to press charges to get a power crazy DPS guy off the street.  But of course the thin blue line opted to let the policie officer criminal go by never taking him to booking.

I wish I could say that the police are honest, and true public servants. But my experience having know multiple police officers, is that they feel it is their right to inflict punishment at the time of arrest.  And that they routinely lie to protect fellow officers.  You see they KNOW who the bad officers are, but they relentlessly protect them.

Anyhow the wife has jury duty Monday, and I just told her to tell the truth about my getting assaulted by an off duty DPS officer, and the corruption that followed by the APD arresting officers.  This truth gets you dismissed from jury duty most every time.

But look at what this officer does, and tell me that he would not have filed assault charges if the situation was reversed?

to be fair, there are a reasonable number posters including the Ag tag crew who agreed the cop was a total dick

however... by page 2 of the thread the crowd is convinced that the SC players should have been penalized for running into the tunnel... its supposedly a rule they cant name or cite, but its their fallback position... because if the 3 players hadnt run into the tunnel it would have never happened.

again more than a few are trying to debunk that. but the groupthink is probably 2/3 that the cop was a dick but the whole story has been overblown... the other 33% have what most of society considers to be a rational view of a dick cop that probably does that shit all the time when the camera is off.
