I've settled down enough to attempt to enjoy the rest of the sporting slate for this evening.

Join me. We shall put this terrible loss behind us and make snide comments about kids far exceeding our own athletic capabilities.

Looked like PI there. Guess not.

Neither of these teams impress me. How they are both in the top 4 is strange to say the least.

Well. To be fair no team is coming close to Georgia and Alabama . Some team has to fill those spots

Right but they haven't really played any explosive offenses. Ole Miss hangs 40 on either of them.

No, they would not.

Okay. Sorry to offend you Mr. BIG. We'll see how PSU hangs with tOSU.

That was awesome defense by PSU's secondary. I have no idea how a team like Ole Miss or Cincinatti would even begin to exploit that.

I mean like truly lockdown, once in a generation stuff - absolute miracle TD by the Hawkeyes.

Honestly - I have no idea how Petras even pulls that off. Future #1 pick confirmed. He'll go for 70k in the league.

They had a good game last week against the younger brother of the guy who was good at Alabama three years ago so obviously they would hold their own against the third or fourth best team in the SEC West.

This is a brutally physical game with multiple guys out with injuries on both teams, most importantly the starting quarterback Clifford.

Was that a good tackle or just lucky to knock him on his ass?

Iowa doesn't suck. That much is clear. I just don't think either of these teams have played anyone with a pulse offensively - sort of including each other.

Maybe State keeps it salty with tOSU but wouldn't be surprised if they get lit up for 40 or 45.

Texas would look good too if you let us play this scrub.

Ohio State is going to fucking curbstomp these pretenders. And I won't enjoy it.

Matt Hankins, from Lewisville TX, splitting image of Merton Hanks, with two big plays on 4th downs in consecutive series.

Am I watching good defense or absolutely inept, dogshit offense?

There’s already been like 5 games today that’ll have been so fun and will be better than watching Bama rape aggy tonight. Stupid TV

Also Iowa is solid. They remind me of a couple of those ND teams that kept everything close and won every week and snuck into the title game/playoff.

Depends if you watched the first half or the second half.

Angry surly is best surly.

You mean the ones that had no business in the title game whatsoever

He sure as shit wasn’t ready to step into his first real action in this environment against this defense.

And how did they do then?

Yes. Exactly.

I don’t understand the clock management. I guess because Penn State’s QB is a complete fucknut?

Yes.

I don't see anyone winning but Bama or Georgia. It's just a free for all for the other 2 spots. Iowa could potentially snag one of those but they aren't winning a semis game or anything. (although I think tOSU is probably the 3rd best team in the country)

it's the Big 10 and it ain't Ohio State so does it really matter?
