Gomez had a couple great albums then went to shit quick. Haven't thought about them in a minute.

Whits Zombie’s Astro Creep 2000. You forget how good that whole album is. Hardly a song skipped.

Last year, I came across a few articles on the 20th anniversary of Aimee Mann’s “Bachelor No. 2”. Hadn’t listened in a while so went back to it. What a fucking album.

Alanis Morisette's Jagged Little Pill. I'd kinda forgotten about it over the past couple of decades until something reminded me of it, and I gave it another new listen.

Just one hell of an album.

Is there another band where the song writing goes from completely unlistenable to good like White Zombie does from the first two albums to the third and fourth? Those first two are in the running for worst albums ever recorded. It’s hard to believe it’s the same band.

I’ll throw out two from the 80s - Grace Under Pressure and Black Celebration.

Neither are highly regarded in those artists catalogues but I pull them out from time to time and go cover to cover. Great albums IMO.

Staying on the 80s theme - I’ll also add 7th Dream of a Teenage Heaven and Express.

I pull those out from time to time. Love and Rockets was a severely underrated band.

Not a forgotten album, just one I don’t listen to often. But every time I do it still rocks. And it always seems like I’ve forgotten just how good of an album it is. (RIP Allen Woody. Those were the days.)

Gal Costa - India. Such a chill album and arguably the greatest album cover of all time.

Heh.  I had a song pop in my head randomly last night.  Had to go down the rabbit trail of Soulhat.  I was back in college last night...

Come on. Whits Zombie was the Slim Whitman/White Zombie mashup we were all asking for and you know it

Dr. Dog's Easy Beat is a play thru

Saw them live a bunch in college. Great band & total road dogs that never got their due imo. Apparently they're done as a touring band. I need to pick up tickets for their final tour.
