Love these conference head-to-head matchups.  But, the Big 12-v-$ec is really just more of the “$ec on ESPiN” garbage.

I will not take being in that conference well …

Man, I could not be prouder of our team than I am right now, playing like this without Shannon and McCullar. Great stuff.

  • Let me get this straight… This is a Texas message board. Someone says “fuck tech” and the tech fan—who showed his ass on this Texas board after tech beat Texas in Austin and basically told us to

  • Hey we won, fuck Baylor

Kind of a fascinating game, both Baylor and Alabama have been really inconsistent this year. World beaters one game, total crap in another.

Not really much of a surprise that either team is playing the way they are.

Wish Texas had one of their guys that creates their own offense off the dribble

Necessary evil. Not a huge fan of it either, but better that than the Big 12 for me. I mean, look what it's about to become after we're gone. BYU, Cincinnati, UofH, and UCF. Get me the fuck out of there.

No argument.  It is a move that had to be made .. but, that shit is annoying.  Clearly, the $ec and ESPiN were made for each other.

And we stink again. Should have seen it coming.

My fault. Switched over to BU-Bama when you guys were up 16.

Still, OSU is in the best position to be the first team to break home court serve.

The SEC has an aggressive down hill style of play and some major athletes. .

big 12 not looking to good on these 3 o’clock games

BTW I really hate the SEC. .
I hate that we’re going into it

Baylor within 4pts, 4 minutes left

Turnovers just killed baylor.... 6pt bama run

bama up 10pts, and only 2 1/2 minutes left

Fucking ESPN with these 2 hour block starting times for these games.

How many minutes have Thamba and Tch had in the game?  Next to nothing?

Next to none

I hate this damn Big 12-SEC challenge. It has forced me to root for both TCU and Baylor on the same day.

I feel dirty. Truly unclean.

i don't give a shit about this challenge.  i rooted for tcu because it makes our most recent win look all the more impressive.  i loved watching bama shove it up baylor's ass.  loved watching auburn beat ou too.

Still don’t know how we lost to OKST and KSU 🤬🤬🤬

KU getting boat raced early. 25-13 at the 10:29 mark in the first half.

Kansas looks like shit.

Their bigs are getting schooled.

I can't think of a worse matchup for Kansas tbh, maybe Gonzaga or Auburn. They are really soft in the post.

Way to stink it up, B12.

All the home teams are holding serve.

Well, except for Kansas so far.

These announcers in the Tech game

1) said Chris Beard is coming home Tuesday night.  He IS home, that was at the root of the move.

2) said Adonis Arms was "a man among men."

 Whisky Tango Foxtrot?

I hate that we only get to have Adonis Arms for one year. He is so fun to watch.

Tech is pretty good.

I hate to even say because I love the kid, he's the poster boy for team player and an elite defender, but we might be better without Shannon on the floor. Our offense has not looked good when he was in the last few games. I get that he's really talented and we needed to find a way to work him back in to the rotation after he was out for a month, but man did we stagnate quite a bit with him on the floor.

Plenty of time for Cal to go full on sphincter gripping Cal.

Lmfao KU.

I'm laughing my ass off right now

Kinda pisses me off that we weren't able to pull off the win @ KU now, even with two of our best players playing like shit.

This is the best half of hoops I have seen this year. They are steamrolling the Jayhawks.

They looked this way against Tennessee, too. I fucking hate Calipari so much, but I have to grudgingly admit it was a fun team to watch that half. Fuck me.

College basketball is so weird sometimes.

This MSU team was a few lucky breaks from beating Kentucky on the road on Tuesday.

Now Kentucky is just fisting KU in Lawrence and it's hilarious.

Fully admit I was expecting a half like that…

except it being KU with the upper hand.

There is a story that has been told here in Pittsburgh for many years about when Calipari was an assistant at Kansas. It is said that he was sent to reclaim the money given to Curtis Aiken. Aiken was from Buffalo and he chose Pitt. Two seasons later Calipari was back in Pittsburgh on Pitt's staff, and Aiken was an upperclassmen at the time.

How do you take back bag money? Threaten some leg breaking? Lol

Didn’t watch any of that game, was sort of surprised it took OT to pull it off, perhaps overlooking them for this game?

Living in Lawrence over Pittsburgh is how you threaten them.

Possibly! I watched toward the end of the 2nd half. They were just on fire in the 2nd half.

I guess it's like asking Dickerson to give back the car.

ESPN/SEC thought Tech was going to suck, and gave em a bottomfeeder.

Recalculating...

Did I read/or see on TV some talking heads saying that Kentucky would probably not be able to run with Kansas? Anyone else see that type of prognostication?

I love the disrespect. None of this shit matters until the tourney.

I didn't see any of that, but I'm sure someone said it. I figured KU would win but would have trouble with Kentucky considering they match up so poorly.

8 on 5 is not that tough.

Looks like it may come down to Texas to break the tie.
