Correct.  This is their soft opening and they're going to go on a two-week break so I suspect we'll see more tweaks as time goes on.  Who knows.  I don't hate supporting a new local restaurant.

Beef and Jap Cheddar sausage was solid, but the smoked bologna was outstanding!
