November 2, 20214 yr Popular Post How hard is it to get a fucking Uber. This hits home to me because my good family friends just lost their mother after a fucking drunk driver ran her over while she was walking in her own neighborhood in front of her house. Driver was going 70 mph in a fucking neighborhood. I have no sympathy for Ruggs, enjoy prison...
November 2, 20214 yr Some places saying 2 people died? God damn this is fucking tragic. Lotta people out there drinking and driving.

November 2, 20214 yr Dumb ass “decision”. From potential star to serving prison time. Just lost an aunt a few weeks ago to a Drunk Driver. RIP to the victim. Awful situation all around.
November 2, 20214 yr What kind of idiot gets a $17 million contract and buys a corvette? Seriously though, fuck him. Edited November 2, 20214 yr by 4th&Five

November 2, 20214 yr Popular Post Makes me real thankful I got through my teens and twenties without doing something similar. Of course, we didn't have Uber and Lyft back then.
November 2, 20214 yr Guess I can drop him from my fantasy team now. Damn. Moron. RIP to those who lost their lives to another idiot athlete.

Not that that would be my choice of car.
November 2, 20214 yr Sounds like he “only” killed one person actually. Even with an expensive lawyer he’ll probably be doing at least 1-2 years in prison for this. He’ll also likely get sued big time. Football is definitely over for him.

I'm not sure how they compare to say a Ferrari or Lamborghini but they seem comparable. Unlike whatever they were rolling out in the mid 2000s for mid life crisis insurance salesmen.

Doesn't even need Uber.

A lot of the guys in the league are weary of using that service for fear of contract retribution by the league. I can understand that particular apprehension, but not of using another of the myriad of services.

November 2, 20214 yr It’s the NFL. I wouldn’t count him out of the league just yet. Now if he had taunted the dead body after collision, then maybe. Edited November 2, 20214 yr by Dr. Teeth
November 2, 20214 yr But back on topic, if you're gonna spend the evening at a scrip clube, just fucking Uber/Lyft or cab ffs. Even a light night with a couple drinks early is enough to get you popped by the po po these days.
November 2, 20214 yr Donte Stallworth and Josh Brent both played in the NFL after their DUI vehicular manslaughter incidents. So it’s not the NFL’s first rodeo.
November 2, 20214 yr His SnapChat does him no favors either. Social media fail. Why must people broadcast every damn thing they do in life? Anonymity is a good thing and has great benefits.

I've never driven drunk, but I have been in a situation where I've had a couple and worry about getting in a wreck and getting sued for "alcohol breath". Easy fix. Why not get a driver/Uber to drop you off. Tell him/her you'll tip him/her $200 if they'll come back when you text them. Super easy; super convenient. Don't have to drunkenly figure out the Uber app or wait an hour to be picked up.
