If they don’t want the other team to celebrate a home run then they should tell their pitchers to throw better pitches. Why do all these bitch asses think horns up is disrespectful, but horns down ar

Agree it's kind of a dooky rule as applied to that catch, but the wording of it seems to pretty clearly exclude Todd's catch and it appears to be intentional.

I’d rather a catch be defined by demonstrated control rather than by release, but ok. What if Todd claimed he took his hand out of his glove on purpose to grab his injured shoulder?  That’s purposeful release. Would the umpire call him a liar?

Lol at the delayed strikeout call there by blue

He was waiting to see if it was straight down the middle or painted the edge.  Painted the edge = strike.  Straight down the middle = ball.

Tcu 2b does not look smooth at all when he throws.

Gotta be injured. Looks like the whole motion hurts.

Don't look now  but we're about to be 1 game back with 2 games to play. Plus we own the tiebreaker.

Buckle up boys.

That game looked more like the Horn teams I’m used to, good pitching and good defense. Nice to see Kingham get the complete game victory. Hopefully Todd’s injury isn’t bad and Tech can hang on to their 7 run lead.

Arent we still undefeated when leading after 6?

crazy

Yep.

I’m betting 1 more win and TEXAS hosts a regional with aggy.

nice win.  gritty holding on after the 2 run 7th by the toads.  keep on winning.

Just got back from the disch. Idk what it was, but something just felt like old school atmosphere at the disch before the renovations when it was real die hards there screaming “legacy” when Street would take the mound in 02.

Awesome experience. Nolan got a proper curtain call right after the eyes.

Hope this isn't a mistake, but I guess I understand it.

You've seen our relievers....right?

Hence, I understand it.  Also seen Kingham.

Our bullpen has a chance to be alright if our starters can go 6 to 7 innings.

I think McGuire should be fine as the closer now. Parker Joe Robinson looks like he can be the setup man. Sawyer gives us an option against lefties.

Things get dicey when we need 3 or 4 innings out of our relievers.
