We have San Antonio and Houston as options, we can arrange for transportation from Austin/Dallas to Houston or San Antonio.

We can also do it in Austin, but need to know where people are willing to go. We can't have a limp dick showing with no one coming to the dinner and it's just me and RGBIII hanging out with the TE's for 2 hours.

There are currently 51 active Burnt Ends Points members so we will also need a general headcount of those who cannot make it and would like to give their spot to a flats member of their choosing or of our choosing, I'll be sending an email to all of you to get RSVP, but need to know location first.

Food and beverages will be paid for, transportation will be extra if you choose the party bus option. (we are going to charter a vonlane if there's enough interest, not the cherry bomb)

We will be having an Auction for some signed merch and all proceeds will go to the players, we will also have merch for sale with the opportunity for that merch to be signed by the players, again going directly to them.

Do we have an idea of when the dinner will be?  I might be interested in paying the yearly diff between flats to be points tier to come to the dinner.

My preferences:

1. Austin - Let's do Fogo de Chao, and see how much damage we can do.

2. San Antonio - The Whatburger off of 1604 is convenient

3. Houston - I'm sure Pinkertons would love to host us (if Treasures is out).

Also, please let us know if you're looking for serious answers on restaurants.

You could be cute and schedule it on the night of a Big12 tied bowl game when we are no longer bowl eligible. No plans that night, fellas!

It's going to be done by Pinkertons regardless of location. We have been very transparent about any money we save goes to the players and we are going to be able to do it with Pinkertons for very reasonable costs on the food (not retail prices).

I'd love to do Fogo, but that would cost 8k by itself. for 65 people + booze easily.

A second group can sponsor the DBs and call it Burnt Toast.

I’ll vote San Antonio so I can hammered and just Uber home.

I second this vote! Hammered is  an understatement.

If it’s in houston I will go, if it’s in Austin @Scipio will be giving away 2 tickets. So, we should

probably do Austin then.
Thanks again for doing this.

My vote is Party bus from Austin to Houston and back makes the most sense. Grant can block off the patio for us

Jeff Banks’s backyard. Pole Assassin and Gia can be the entertainment.

I am assuming there are no +1's allowed or anything so that we can keep costs low

So Ohio aint an option?

Why the fuck did I go get a real job.....

Enjoy guys!

Players aren’t going to want to have to take an hours long ride to a dinner they don’t really want to do in the first place. Why not just Austin?

Is Vonlane letting you bring your own booze on if you charter it?

I would be surprised if that's legal since they have their own liquor license.

Any chance for Saturday night? Pretty much impossible to get out of work and drive from DFW on a Thursday or Friday night.

These guys are going home after finals before the bowl for a little bit while they can and while they can't practice.

Where is the fun on that?

But seriously, Catfish Parlor, Ben White.

You can bring your emotional support monkey

I'm not sure what's going on with the poll, but the only two options appear to be Austin and Houston. I guess San Antonio is out.

I voted Austin, because the shit show of us being on a party bus for a combined 6-7 hours, plus however long dinner is, might rival your Fayettenam trip. They may never agree to do anything with us ever again. But I would certainly have a blast.

If there is a party bus involved, you really should invite Bo Davis to come along and yell at everyone.

anyone know anyone who works at the Austonian? hit me up in DM's I have an idea.

Are you wanting to do something up on that ~53rd floor space?

55th, but yes.

Just make sure the schedule doesn't conflict with Thomas J. Henry shooting his next commercial.
