Tied for 10th in receiving TDs all time at A&M. "Good riddance".

I mean on the one hand that's pretty hilarious, but on the other Sideshow Bert can't leave fast enough for my liking and he is #1 in FG's for Texas all time.  I didn't watch enough of aggy this year to know if they were dealing with a Bert situation or just a sour grapes situation here.

Jerking off over someone’s misery is a bit excessive but I suppose the Kleenex helps clean it up.

Kleenex, like Duct Tape, has all kinds of uses. I often keep both on me at all times.

and then post it when your rival wins, showing you all bummed out.. they could have easily not and deleted it.

If they had reed starting at the beginning of they they would have beat ND /aggie

This.

aggie played ND close. With Reed they would have beat them and with season long reps he would have been SEC ready for the schedule and made the playoffs.

Yeah, it's fucking weird they recorded it... it's way weirder opting to fucking post it unless.. which isn't unlikely they were fucking streaming it..  which... words..

I think my favorite part of the whole episode is their lack of awareness that they played MIKE F'N ELKO'S QUARTERBACK closer than the team that beat the sips twice.

Well done on the edit. It's very dumb that we have two spellings of the word, 'compliment.' The English language is a total mess.

Aggy:  That's cuz our guys physically beat the tar out of the Domers the week before and they were a shell of the team that miraculously beat the fightin' Texum Aggies, ya stoopid sip!

Quote

Texas A&M football fans have a long history with Jimbo Fisher. The excitement of his tenure fizzled out about as quickly as I've seen— as opposed to the long, slow grind out of the enthusiasm that Aggies had for Sumlin, the 2022 season snuffed A&M hopes out in a flash.

That's why so many called his dismissal in 2023 long overdue— though it makes sense that he would receive the long leash that he did, most fans felt like his departure should have come even earlier than it did.

But things happen like they do for a reason. Jimbo has moved on, the Aggies have hired Mike Elko, and despite some of the consternation that fans have had over the last month or so of the season, A&M looks like they're moving in a positive direction.

For Fisher's part, he hasn't spoken ill of the Aggies since he was let go. Of course, it helps that he had the huge landing net of the fully-guaranteed contract, but I really don't think talking bad about former employers is his speed.

Of course, he's no longer affiliated with the Ags, and can do what he want. But even so, it was still jarring to Aggie fans to see this picture of Fisher just after he picked the Longhorns to win yesterday's Peach Bowl matchup with Arizona State.

I will never live this one down

This infuriated many Aggie fans, who no doubt were sent the above photo by Longhorn friends and acquaintances. It's a little thing, but it's still a salt-in-the-wound moment for Aggies everywhere.

what Aggy doesn't get is that it takes depth to win the National Championship. Every team has injuries.

you think we wouldn't look even better with CJ Baxter this season?

When injuries happen - good teams crumble, great teams have other players who step up.

Yup. Only SECX3 team left is them durn ol sips. TAMU’s entire foosball identity has been based on the achievements of the big dogs in the conference, since they couldn’t win anything themselves. Now that it’s ebul tu, what in the world are they going to do?!?

I've on campus at ASU. I've been to College Station.
There is no world in which you'd get me to move from the gloriousness that is ASU campus to the shit hole that is aggie.

ASU’s surroundings is awesome compared to most of the US. Golf courses abound, MLB Spring Ball, and the “eye candy” on campus is enough for me! Their only problem is about 30-45 days each summer that you have to damned near stay inside during daylight.

I could retire there in a heartbeat! College sports to cheer for year round just being a “local” fan.

Hook’em!!!

Do yall think Graham is finally putting together his end of year SEC rankings? I mean, there’s only one “SEC” (had to put quotes because who really gives a shit what conference we’re in???) team left still playing for a “natty”

Fully agree and if you're into process geomorphology or architecture there are some amazing things to see as well.

The summer time 100 degree temps at 10 pm (yes, I've seen that in person) is too much for me but I'd never fault someone for choosing it.
