Online link finally went live thanks to Febres, so you don't have to call in.  $10 GA for the Arena Level, wherever you can find seats.  Click on "Search By Price" (the second tab) and there should be the "Friendsgiving" promotion $10 deal (+$1 service charge).

Texas is a 22-point favorite.

Hook 'Em.

Let’s fucking go!!!

Mitchell is damn good down low. Havent seen a guy with that kind of post game in awhile.

This is a pretty good team we are facing. Texas should win but if it’s within 12 I won’t be surprised.

Yeah, I was super confused why we didn't attempt to get the ball inside more in the first half against Gonzaga

Great job calling Courtney Ramey, Courtney Allen...

Carr seems hesitant to drive or look for his own shots … it’s cool since he doesn’t turn the ball over and plays good defense … but we will need him to find a comfort zone on offense before conference play … AJ also seems to still be uncomfortable on offense with the new scheme and teammates

Beard said a few days ago that he thinks Armstrong is a pro player and NBA scouts are already looking at him.

Yeah, you can see that in this game.

One of the things I love most about college hoops is how even small private schools can put together a decent program.

At least for now. Not sure how much that will change under NIL.

I can't believe it's the year 2021 and Lowell Galindo is still calling games.

my dad and i were just this second talking about how we've had Brad Sham, Ron Franklin, Bill Schoening, and Craig Way, essentially a HoF class of announcers, and yet now we've decided that Lowell Galindo is our standard for more than a decade. fucking terrible.

Carr's defense and assists are so good. Hope he finds his offense at some point soon, because then he's going to be absolutely dominant.

Cunningham at center …

Carr needs to drive and draw some fouls … use his speed and strength against these guys

Fortunately Shaka Smart seems to be coaching the offense for CBU.

This is actually a very good offensive team. Looks like Texas is starting to figure things out defensively.

What are you implying?

Agreed -- I think our defense is making their offense resort to some bad threes.

Febres hasn't found his shot from distance yet this year. He doing tons of other really well, which he never did under Shaka. Beard has been able to turn him into a well rounded player. The shot will come.

Apparently not what you’re imagining!

Texas 2/8 from 3 and I think 7 of those have been wide open.

That's the only reason this is only a 14 point lead and not 20+. Somebody needs to hit an open 3.

AJ1 says hello

Texas passes the ball around.  Sweet

Special short of happy when AJ1 cans a trey.

Neither team shooting very well. Both have missed open looks from deep and bunnies down low. (Cal Baptist can't even hit free throws rn.)

The half ending is not a shock clock violation Lowell...

I think guys like A. Jones, Carr and Febres are adjusting to this style of play. Beard demands so much on the defensive end that the increased work rate has an impact on the other end.

Watch Febres this year compared to last year. He was pretty much just a body on the defensive end last year but he's putting in effort now.

None of these guys were really known for their defense and now all 3 are being asked to defend at a high level.

Not suborning criminal acts, but if we could somehow arrange for Plonsky, Lowell and Lance to charter a leaky fishing boat that would be great.

This isn't bad offense. We're missing good looks in this game.

How else do you propose they generate offensive rebound opportunities?

Maybe I'm in the minority, but I like Blanks. Plus he doesn't take any shit from Lowell, which is especially entertaining.
