Credit sam the cooking guy Brown sugar glazed rainbow carrots Charred Brussels with shallot and bacon topped with balsamic reduction. Cauliflower puree with plenty of parm, cream cheese, garlic and black pepper Pecan pie. Pics later Sitting in front of the fire in sun valley with a glass of red watching this abortion of a football game. Happy Thanksgiving, assholes.
November 25, 20214 yr 120. I’m a little ahead of schedule. Might have to kill the oven. Or just run it to 125. I’d go to 125. You’ll barely get any carryover as low as your cooking it.

November 26, 20214 yr Despite oven issues at the place I'm renting this weekend.... best pork I've ever cook. I'm team dry brine, now. Wet brine can't touch it. This shit cut like a prime filet.
November 26, 20214 yr @Anastasis the Brie bites sound great, I’m not a big fan of goat cheese. The meal sounds great.
