I’m not interested in getting political, but your description of circumstances can get immediately fucked. Negged for attempting to absurdly minimize the assassination attempt on a presidential candid

That's not that hard of a catch. Not like a hard throw high across the middle or one thrown hard and behind you on a short out.

You either never played receiver or never made any of those catches.

I was king of pulling down long passes that were off target like in the video. They require quickness, speed, good hand eye coordination. Passes high across the middle are hard because you are looking back for the ball while trying to see who is going to hit you full speed and the ball is thrown hard and you can't use your body to help catch it. Short outs thrown behind you are hard because they are drilled as your body is moving away from the ball and are best caught by guys with big hands who can make one handed catches.

The king of the backyard maybe. Of course hard throws behind you are hard. But low balls with your arms extended are an absolute bitch to reel in, which is exactly what happened in that clip.

 So was Al Bundy.

Nah, I didn't go down that path but I grew up with Gardere and Kelley and would go to some of the summer stuff because of that and because another friend was a walk-on WR.

It feels like aggy pulled a lever on Sims. Fat Howell suddenly confident on an aggy commit not flipping to Texas after weeks of deflection + pushing his visit back.

Gerry thinks Hilson has to make an unofficial and official visit to Texas before deciding for some reason. I don’t follow his columns closely enough to catch his reasoning.

You're crazy. Even assuming Blue goes pro, we'll have Baxter, Wisner, Gibson, Clark, and the two true freshmen next year. We good at RB.

I don't think you can count Clark in any future plans until you see how he comes back.  Torn achilles are very bad.  A lot of guys who tear them are never the same athletically.  Baxter will probably be ok.

Your assuming none of them transfer out.

#12097

Well two of those guys will be coming back from dreadful injuries. We shouldn't count on CJ and CC until we see it.

#12100

My expectation is that Wisner gets encouraged to go seek a larger role with a different program (he would be back in RB3 at absolute best duties with us next year if not lower on the depth chart) and we go get a speedier back to provide some variance to Gibson/Baxter in the Rb rotation.
