I’m not interested in getting political, but your description of circumstances can get immediately fucked. Negged for attempting to absurdly minimize the assassination attempt on a presidential candid

Spoiler

There were a few big running back names on campus who talked similarly about Tashard Choice. 2025 Mater Dei running back Jordon Davison is already a nationally recruited prospect and new offer James Peoples said that Choice was a big factor in his enjoyment of the camp.

On the defensive side of the ball, it sounds like Texas is starting to generate some momentum with Bradenton (FLA) IMG Academy cornerback Jordon Johnson-Rubell. The Longhorns were one of the schools that waited to offer while programs like Georgia, Alabama and Texas A&M joined in early. Johnson-Rubell spoke highly of the experience and said he learned a lot from Terry Joseph during the camp. The Fort Worth native said he wouldn’t mind coming back to his home state for college.

It’s normal to roll your eyes at us reporting on a 2026 prospect, but Julian Lewis is going to be a big name on the radar. The Carrollton (GA.) passer already holds 12 offers with programs like Florida, Alabama, Georgia and Clemson in the race already. Lewis has his entire high school career ahead of him, but quarterback recruiting is starting to develop into something that happens earlier and earlier. Steve Sarkisian’s history of development has Texas in this race early.

James Lott set the national HS record in the high jump nearly 40 years ago. Still has the third best HS jump of all time.

I'm hoping he becomes our first 2026 commit, and stat.

Damn.  My HS coach always said, “Two things you can’t teach; speed & genetics.  This kid’s got the cheat code for the genetics part.

That's funny, because my HS coach always said "Two things you can’t teach:  genetics."

My HS coach was kind of stupid.

My uncle was a small town south tx high school football coach back then and judged high jump at one of Lott’s track meets. He said Lott kept passing on attempts until the bar got to 6’10 or something. He cleared it while wearing sweatpants.

He’ll be ranked high because he has a laser 4.4 but doesn’t have the skill set of your typical highly ranked RB with balance, ability to break tackles etc.

He’s also going to be heavily swayed by Fatheree and the Aggie staff that has been spending lots of time at atascocita trying to build a pipeline.

I was hoping his page would mention some relation to Mark Berry.
