Unreal that "this" is what ended up being the deciding play... feeling for Clifton players here... and how much closer do you need to be ref??

Fumbled with knee down in the end zone more like it.

Carmine Picardo, the state assignor of officials for the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association, said referees in the replay booth looked at every angle and could not see anything definitively.

So the NJ State Interscholastic Athletic Association is the breeding ground for future Big XII officials?

Sure looks like he broke the plane and then was down well before #2 took it away from him.

What's the difference between a North Group 5 Regional Championship versus a State Championship?

I'm feeling for the players just for having to live in Clifton, NJ.

They currently don't crown a "state champion".

Under NJSIAA (their UIL) there has been a clause that read: "No state champions shall be declared in football." so they took the top X teams and broke them into groups based on points and played a bunch of "championships" (10 for public schools this year).

Apparently in June of this year they finally voted and was almost unanimous  (255-3) to change to remove the clause and crown a true "State Champion".  Starting in 2022 they will do regions again but then continue until single team left.

#60 on offense is a bad ass. Almost walked that dude down while being blocked.

Big 12 zebras migrate north after Longhorn season is over?  Who knew?

Kinda sounds like a glorified bi-district/regional quarter final champion.

If you can't chase down a guy losing his pants in 100 yards, you deserve to lose.

An Italian from New Jersey says everything is on the up and up? Well, that's good enough for me!

I can't laugh at this because it still hurts to watch.

for the rest of his life #2 will hear about his pants falling down.  For a split second I thought it was bare ass.

Reminded me of the Jason Sehorn pants falling down clip

Still pissed about that

He’s a yard deep in the end zone when ball stripped

It’s not even close.
