June 8, 20223 yr Author Better.com CEO now being accused of misleading investors to ensure their SPAC deal goes through, which hasn't happened yet. https://www.cnn.com/2022/06/08/investing/better-com-vishal-garg/index.html Important to note that he's being accused by a former exec and not the investors. Could be a gotcha that investors didn't know about or could be a disgruntled ex-employee. Hard to believe that major investors or independent board members want the CEO to continue in his role. His reputation appears to be toxic and you wonder if there is anything that he brings to the table that couldn't be picked up by an new CEO.
