March 30, 20223 yr I think that Alcaraz was down 2-5 to Tsitsipas before taking the first set 7-5. Carlitos is up a break serving at 3-3 in the 2nd set, and toying with Stefanitos.
March 30, 20223 yr Author Paula retires down 1-4 to Pegula, whatever was wrong the other night still is.

March 30, 20223 yr Coco Gauff & Cary McNally into the semifinals. Coco is the #10 ranked doubles player in the world right now. (She won Doha 1000 with Jessica Pegula last month.)

Miomir Kecmanović Horrible acne scarring on his cheeks, an excellent tennis game these days Beat Korda in round of 32. Beat Fritz in the round of 16. Lost to Álvaraz in a 3rd set tie-breaker (5). He will possibly be seeded at the French Open. His Live Ranking is 48. He picked up a new coach, Argentine David Nalbandia🇦🇷,… …and has had a hell of a year. It took an amazing effort by Álvaraz to beat him. I don’t know how to pronounce the guy’s name, but we will be seeing his name a lot this year. Edited April 1, 20223 yr by Napoleon
April 1, 20223 yr Author Yeah, apparently it was a badass match. I heard Nalbandian mentioned early by one of the commentators, made me do a double take to see who was playing.
April 2, 20223 yr Absolute shame we don’t get to see Barty and Iga battle for the biggest titles for the next 2-3 years…
April 2, 20223 yr Some things that you can say for Osaka: -she handled her fragile emotions in this tournament. -she’s lost 10 to 15 pounds since the the end of last year/start of this year. Some things that you can say for Iga… -she has an entertaining variety of skills. -she’s roofless!
April 2, 20223 yr John Isner also won the sunshine double.....in doubles.....using different partners

April 3, 20223 yr Haven’t watched the Men’s Final yet, but the word on the street is that Carlos Álcaraz is pretty good. 🎾🎾 👀

April 7, 20223 yr Cici Bellis working the tennis channel desk in Charleston. Good to see her staying involved in the tennis world even though she retired at 22 y/o
April 7, 20223 yr Author Hot Paula barely survived the second set breaker, then delivers a quick breadstick to advance.
April 7, 20223 yr Author Can’t really play a point worse than this by Liu, but Paula racing to the mark is fun.
April 8, 20223 yr Author 6 sets for Linette today, still kicking. Pretty impressive on clay for a relative nobody.
April 8, 20223 yr Russians should not be allowed to play. “Representation is everything.”… and whether there is a flag and/or a RUS missing from its place next to a player’s name, showing them win in a sporting event is good propaganda for a narcissistic midget troll.
April 9, 20223 yr Author 1 & 2 for Amanda over CoCo V. Edited April 9, 20223 yr by shadow_operative2.0

April 9, 20223 yr Bencic v. Jabeur in the finals tomorrow. Anisimova had her chances but she crumbled in the end.
April 9, 20223 yr I think if Anisimova dropped 5 pounds she could have gotten to some of those Jabeur drop shots
April 10, 20223 yr 19 hours ago, perfectchaos007 said: I think if Anisimova dropped 5 pounds she could have gotten to some of those Jabeur drop shots You leave her body alone!! …while I’m dreaming about it! IN THE FINAL: I am hoping that we are seeing another classic Bencic meltdown. The “Swiss” Bench won the first set 6-1, but after breaking to open to start the second set, she has lost the next two games and she starting to look at her support team with that classic Whining Bench Face that we all know and hate.
