Looks like our total predictions are way down. Maybe half an inch over the course of this event? That’s a real kick in the nuts. I wasn’t expecting a gully washer, but I was hoping for 2-3 times that much. And if it keeps coming in light sprinkles like it has been, it won’t even knock down the rest of the pollen

About to dry up and blow away in 78751.

Coming down now in the '51.

Yeah only .08" in NW Travis.  Looks like the bulk of the rain hit Central and East.  Still good news, everybody needs some right now.

Been raining pretty steadily since 8am here at Bill Cannon and West Gate.

Over an inch so far at West Gate and Slaughter.  Pouring again right now.  Bring it on...

That's an accurate fix, because it doesn't cover over Bee Cave, where it rains all the time, and what we're going to get 2 inches on Monday.

I'm thinking this one will definitely get most of us pretty wet.

Tuned in here and was surprised, even for SurlyWorld.  Wasn't even 'posta start raining until 9-10 a.m.  Oh ye of little faith...

This is gonna happen off/on through the day, into the night, and even spotty into aarly tomorrow.  The end.

A couple and thier infant stranded at the bus stop. Gave them all the emergency blankets I've collected over the years.

Good job getting your good deed outta the way on a Monday. Now you can be a shitheel guilt-free for the rest of the week!

Yep. Back to throwing frozen water bottles at homeless guys trying to wash my car windows.

Yeah, rain seems to have stopped and the chances for afternoon rain have decreased a bit.

You two either jinxed us or blessed us.  Not sure which just yet, other than school pickup is going to be a clusterfuck.

Grass in the backyard had barely grown since I mowed a week ago. Just got home and it's bright green again and two inches taller than it was yesterday. Amazing what rain can do.

Looking like a bit of a gully washer toad strangler here in the H-town area. Which is good, seeing as we could use a good one of those.

So we done?

The Euro is calling for a similar set up a week from now.  It's early of course, but the Euro nailed this system.

They seemingly nail everything.  Every time I see theirs vs anything else, I always go with theirs.

It was a steady pour as I backed out of the garage this morning at 5:30. (360 near 2222)

Hydromet says an extra 1/4" since midnight which gets me to .82 since this started.

So we supposedly got 3.65 inches over the last 24 hours. I can believe that.

Wow! You must live in Bee Caves.
