Don’t we have posters who know this guy personally?

I don’t know him, but I know a couple of kids who played for him. He’s an asshole.

That’s just between you and me. It’s just between you and me. You and me.

I had the same babysitter as him for a while.  All she would say was that it was a very strange household.

That Lou Grant could be both a Grizzly bear or a cuddly teddy bear.

I don't know the guy and I have no idea if he's an asshole or not, but he is at least right about this:

Bigger asshole: Todd Graham or DJ Durkin? And ... go!

If I had half his buy out money, I’d be 10000% retired. Golf / fishing / lake house

Did Graham kill a player? Because that’s pretty asshole-ish.

I haven’t read the article, but I know things were not good there when his own child entered the transfer portal.

He ain't out of coaching yet!

Ouch… what if you’re Urban Meyer but without the winning?

It means you have to go all the way to Hawaii to fingerbang chicks.

Some guys have vision. This one had double vision. Sure his mind was racing, his body was in the lead but ultimately that double vision got the best of him

Well he's hot blooded. Check it and see. He's got a fever of a hundred and three, so he might have covid. And asking girls if they do more than dance will get you fired nowadays

Evidently if you play for Graham, one cold word is gonna lead to another, then you’ll have nowhere to go.

Rumor was he was a loner but never alone. That meant every night he got one step closer to the danger zone

He's always listened to their point of view and his ways he's tried to mend. He's always been a patient man but his patience has reached its end

The MOB knows what's up

oh and look who was AD at the time

Quote

The director of the Rice University band issued a public apology Tuesday for his group's halftime performance during Saturday's Tulsa-Rice football game. The 10-minute show, titled "Todd Graham's Inferno," mocked the TU coach, who spent one season coaching at Rice before taking the Tulsa job. The "MOB" (Marching Owl Band) performed music and a skit that paralleled Dante's "Divine Comedy," and acted like it was searching for Graham. It ended with the band's announcer calling Graham a "douche bag" over the Rice Stadium's public address system. "I always apologize when people are upset. It's just what you owe people," Rice director Chuck Throckmorton said. "When you're being creative and putting something out there, you know what you meant. But as soon as it's out there, it belongs to the people who heard it; and, when it upsets them, you apologize."

Tulsa athletic director Bubba Cunningham, who declined comment on Tuesday evening, said earlier this week that his school had issued a formal complaint with Conference USA regarding the show. "The intent wasn't to be mean or insulting," Throckmorton said. "It was to poke fun and be funny. Since it came across different than that, then I certainly apologize." Rice president David Leebron and athletic director Chris Del Conte were unavailable for comment.

The show was scripted by students and approved by Throckmorton, who has spent the last six years as Rice's band director. The group is known for its satirical humor and mocking nature of opponents. The show's script went through circles of Hell, with the band playing music and pictures shown on the stadium video board. The finale was when the group apparently found Graham in the 10th circle of Hell -- at the University of Tulsa. The show ended with the announcer saying, "You know, that reminds me of a joke: A priest, a nun, and a rabbi walk into a bar. Now, I forgot how the rest of it went, but I think in the end Todd Graham is a douche bag." Throckmorton said he was surprised at the reaction to the words "douche bag."

"It was sort of a mild insult . . . it was used to get the point across but not dirty," he said. "In all common usage I see, it's devoid of any literal meaning. I looked it up and it means someone that talks big about himself and that is a jerk. "Going through the show writing process, I thought it was a mild vulgarity . . . Tulsa won the football game and still has their coach," he said. "This was his first time back since he left, and we gave him a rhetorical public flogging. Everyone expected it. It was as mild as we could make it with it still being funny."

Chuck Throckmorton, still a great guy btw

Know folks in his general circle from back when, colossal asshole and white trash family in general.

I like how he handled that interview. Comes across as diplomatic while never abandoning his position that Graham is in fact a douche bag. Bravo

Somebody’s been watching too much babysitter porn.

Fair enough, “a lot” of babysitter porn.

Does Graham still wear the ridiculous Shamwow guy headset/mic on the sideline?

I always hated him just for that.

Lol I had forgotten about that! I was going to say don't pick on a dead guy, but it's Billy Mays who died. Vince was arrested for slapping a hooker around. But still alive. Maybe he needs a sidekick.

Yep, after he found out they were “trans”. Lucky he did that early, he could’ve gotten cancelled or something
