Those who aren't cashless Gen Z doofuses?

My husband liked to put his in money clip with all faces to the front and big bills in front. That way when folded into clip, the smallest denomination was on the outside.

I dont really ever carry cash at all but when I do, i put bigger bills in separate place from ones and fives.

Everything  in order no wrecked  tackle  box  kind of guy.

Cashless putzes are ridiculous dudes.

There are technically some additional options.  Mine are faced and upright; smallest to largest.

I think that upright is implied if they're faced.

I suppose faced without being upright would go in the total chaos category.

Some contrarian asshole somewhere rebels against his OCD by facing his bills, but then displaying them upside down and backwards with the largest bills in front.

I start out with good intentions and put new bills from the bank or ATM faced and in order, but when I get change back I end up just stuffing it in there thinking I'll straighten it out later but I never do.

It drives me nuts when I get cash from the ATM and it comes out with the bills all facing different ways.  If your behind me at the drive up ATM too bad, I'm not pulling away until all of the bills are organized in a civilized fashion

Money clip is where it's at. Small in the middle, 100's on the outside so people know what's up.

Always $500-$1500, never know when you're going to go play some poker.

damn I'd have had an early heart attack too if I was carrying that kind of money around all the time.

Small bills to large, faced. But $2 bills go in a separate compartment.
Never carry more than $150 cash (don’t play Poker), and spend it until it is gone. Might go a week without any bills.

Savage. I hate that too but I always pull forward as soon as my transaction is finished so the next person can pull up. My bank used to always give me bills oriented the same way. It was just a few years ago that they went the chaos route. Only when I get fresh, mint condition bills do I get them all oriented the same way.

I like crisp, clean bills so I also order my bills from dirtiest to cleanest within each denomination in my wallet so I can get rid of the raggedy bills first.

I’m far from a millennial or Gen Z guy, but I almost never use cash anymore. It irritates me when I have to.

When I have to go the ATM to get cash for a craftsman or something, I’ll usually pull out 200-300 extra for myself, but then won’t spend it for 5-6 months.

My wife used to raid that for the kids’ gas money, etc., but now that they’re gone, and we just Venmo them anyway, I just don’t use cash. The barber is about the only thing I regularly pay for in cash anymore

But for most of my life it was large bills to small, in order, facing the same way.

Only cash transactions I do are Craigslist purchases.

Money clip or rubber bands depending if I'm feeling gangsta'

I always carry at least $500.  I'm old school that way.

And $1,000 in my passport wallet, which stays in my briefcase.

Don’t carry cash because what’s the point? All the places I go take CCs and Apple Pay.

Back when I did carry cash, I’d have about $110 in a money clip. Large bill on the outside, padded with a bunch of ones on the inside.

front pocket wallet/money clip

billls facing the same way, small on the outside big in the middle

Yeah the Gen-Z doofus comment seems pretty out of touch. Not sure anyone under 40 that isn't a drug dealer or hitting the club multiple times per week ever really carries cash.

M to M missed connections

Only time I use cash is to get my dad Lottery tickets or so my friend can get drugs or tip the dogs groomer. Life is simple with plastic. Come on Texas Lotto, let me play on credit.

You know hookers that take plastic?

Men

Early 40s/late millennial, cashless doofus. My “wallet” is a small magnetic pocket that attaches to my phone and holds my work ID, a credit card, and my DL. I stick my wallet on the fridge when I’m home or in my office.

Cash is only carried when I need it and I usually just keep it in my pocket. I never worry about how I order the bills, since its usually for one specific purpose.

I'll bet some of you even carry your wallets in your back pockets.

I've done that for so long that if I stopped I would be lopsided when I sat down

Team over 40, no cash.

It's a great excuse to tell the homeless folks you don't carry cash.

I just recently sold a guitar through Craigslist so this hits close to home.

I carry my cash in my left hand. Makes it easier to peal off tens and twenties as I tip through my day.

Bitches.
