Will be a cookie cutter neighborhood, every house looks exactly the same, no soul at all. Shitty, cheap construction. Houses close enough where you can reach your hands out with your neighbors from your windows and touch hands. Have a strip mall close by with a 151 Coffee and other generic retail stores.

I walked an DR Horton "Express" home a couple years ago helping a friend look for a home.

What a pile of garbage.

@McFranchisee I visited a recently renovated McDonald’s and this new design really left me puzzled. 🤔 This wall & short counter puts up a major barrier to the historical way of seeing by whom and how food is prepared. It felt very cold and closed off. Uninviting even.
This big sterile wall with no art or anything just screamed “barrier” to me. It also made this space in the entryway feel very closed off and cold. It really lacked any notion of customer service or fun that has long been part of the McD’s brand. What are they hiding and why?!
From another angle with the order Kiosks - it seems to have really no flow and def doesn’t make someone want to stick around for very long - maybe that’s the point: “get your food and GTFO!” I can’t see how this is good for the brand personally.
