Most judges try to sentence you to the area closest to your home, especially if you rat.
In that area are only a couple joints, Texarkana, and fort Worth. Texarkana is a medium high, and any fmc is a low. He probably has very few security points and that's why he's there.
An fmc is a prison that has a general population that's called a work cadre that supports the staff.
I'm not sure if they have a unicor there, but they definitely have a kitchen, a maintenance service, a grounds crew, a laundry, and etc.

Yeah I know what they are, my old man retired from the BoP, he was over south-central region.

My question was really more why HE was at the medical center. Seagoville is just down the way with the same low security fci and minsec satellite camp. I was wondering if he was some psych job or medical case...

my question was pretty vague.

But yeah if you wanna stay in the area get prosecuted in the northern district, the judges are mostly all softies... stay out of my Eastern district, you won’t be at ft.worth or seagoville for long with our judges.

Sure, but it also matters with separations. Who did he rat on?

I would also say who ratted on him, but he just looks like a fuckin rat.

Right.

No one is a rat until it’s federal time you’re facing.

Isn't all that public record when you rat someone? I'm curious if he did.

Have you seen any of Vic's threads?

Pretty much.

There's 2 sure things to look for.

A 5k 1.1 downward departure

And it will mention it on the judgement and commitment order.

Something like 85% of people in the feds are rats. They convict at a 93% or so rate. Given the first stat, it seems like it's pretty easy to be a federal prosector.

We need an incarceration thread, I find this stuff fascinating for some reason.

Oh and in addition to a 5k1.1 motion you can also see a rule 35 motion if it’s post sentencing to downward depart. Even then it all is in the judges hands.

When the agents listen to me, I make an ausa’s job fucking easy.

When it’s a city or state case I’m pulling in, that shit can be pretty fucking sloppy if they ain’t a TFO that’s been through the routine.

But yeah I’ve never rolled a not guilty and I was working Chicago organized crime before I came back to Texas.

As the saying goes “if can’t argue the facts, argue the law, if you can’t argue the law, argue the process.”

My job is to make sure the process is as close to 100% defensible as possible. Litigation technology specialist and analyst, or analist if she is clean.

My job can be crazy easy to where I’m basically a glorified paralegal or pretty intense when we’re working the ever changing drug traffickers because they keep changing technology on me and now a certain Asian country is helping so that keeps throwing curveballs at us/me.

Oh. Well, then I guess you might have figured out who I was back on the other place. I mean, if you wanted

lol nah unlike the subjects of this thread, I like to keep my identity secret and I don’t pay too much attention to fellow surly-dickheads!

No names! I said no names!

I’m going to do the same things over and over, expecting different results. Eventually my “luck” will change.

So, when she finally figures out it is herself  that is the problem, she plans on then telling the people who told her she needed to stop screwing up her life that they were the assholes.  My guess is she never gets the chance.

How does something like this go down?

“Hey, put on your stripper outfit, we’re going to go out and take some pictures with the Ferrari and poor lighting.”

Man...I ain’t gonna criticize a fat old dude going out and getting what he wants.

Close to home and all that.

I guess this is what you do when you don’t have kids.

That's pretty much the kind of men these IG hoes be getting with to fund their lifestyle so they can monetize their Instagrams. They don't work but are posting all over the country and world and all this shit they buy. Those are the men giving them that stuff.
