Why do they just destroy us constantly?  We've had so many of those against them, I feel.

Sigh, why is Kelenic back?

The fans seem excited about it.  They even made signs.

Noted power bat, Sam Haggerty.

Ha.  He's hitting like .3-something right?

Seattle star rookie Julio Rodríguez was activated from the 10-day injured list Thursday after recovering from a bruised right wrist.

Rodriguez missed 11 games after exiting in the eighth inning on July 30 against Houston. Manager Scott Servais said at the time that X-rays were negative, but that the center fielder was very sore and wouldn't be able to hold a bat for at least five days. The team decided it was best to place him on the injured list so they could add another player to the roster.

The injury dealt a temporary blow for the Mariners with Rodríguez having a great rookie season, hitting .271 with 18 homers and 57 RBIs.

To make room for Rodriguez, outfielder Jarred Kelenic was optioned to Triple-A Tacoma.

The Mariners also designated catcher Luis Torrens for assignment Thursday.

@MC Fresh Breath would really like that last sentence if he didn’t quit baseball.

Tomorrow night’s game is on big boy Fox, so everyone can watch.

Nice!  Fucking blackouts man.

I'm sure some stat nerd somewhere knows if Seattle is the victim of the most perfect game/no hitters after 5.  It sure as shit seems like we flirt with it way too often.
