We've scored 3 goals in our last 4 matches. I'm not worried long-term but we've looked pretty anemic over the last month.

  • Had a great time in Anfield hospitality on Saturday (even though I’m an Arsenal fan). Took some work folks. The new Anfield is very nice and the Chemistry Lounge hospitality was excellent. Three cours

I know quite a few of us go back to hornfans/early shag with the LFC threads. I tip my cap to everybody that’s been on the journey. Well deserved celebrations today.

Down in Playa and had this made for the game room. Hopefully the Mayan gods can help us bring home the league title. (Spelling error gives it character I say)

Thigh injury for Keita. Left the game after 20 minutes.

Fuck the international break

Liverpool have been left with a major injury concern after Naby Keita limped out of Guinea's Africa Cup of Nations tie this afternoon.

The midfielder was – incredibly – carried off on the back of a team-mate during the game against Rwanda with what is thought to be a thigh injury... reportedly because there were no stretchers available for injured players at the game.

The great ironic disappointment in all of this is turning away Fekir for a bad knee while our players are dropping like flies with various leg injuries.

FWIW, Fekir is injured too.

Big difference between a slight hamstring strain and chronic knee problems.

I’ll take the W, but it’s unsettling how inept we are in attack. 3 goals in our last 5 games in all competitions...need to bag 4+ in a game to get some confidence & momentum.

The only thing more frustrating than watching Klopp trot out pedestrian midefielders and some asshole from Croatia is watching him do it on a shitty stream from 30K feet.

Yes the attack has been off for most of year....but we are still tied for 1st and should get some confidence against red star and easier part of schedule after very tough stretch

Psg ,Tottenham ,chelsea, city and still only have the one loss to napoli

The clean sheet record is the best start of the season in club history. And of course, City is just kicking ass like usual.

Yeah. City is going to be a tough one to pass this year. All we can hope is that they get deep into CL and have to fight two battles (like we hopefully will).

Pep's teams typically fade late in the year. We just need to remain within striking distance until we turn it on.

Last year we didn't have enough to keep it close when City went on that early run. This year is clearly different.

It's funny being a fan.

We've played nine league games and given up 3 goals.  Last season we opened up with a 3-3 draw @ Watford.

No Keita and Henderson for Red Star tomorrow. Mane should be good to go.

Need to start Fabinho.

Would like to see a midfield of Lallana, Fabinho, Ox.

Not sure if Ox's knee will be ready............

Trent was involved in the press conference yesterday, so you'd think he'd start, but who they trot out there is always weird to me.

Hoping we get him back out there and push Joe to the middle and get Lovren a much needed rest (for my heart and well-being).
