I'd say somewhere around 120% would be my comfort zone, but nevertheless..

I don't know, but I do know that Derek Fitzhenry coaches King, and they got good when they hired him about 3-5 years ago.

Sheldon ISD built some great facilities in that timeframe as well. They split the AD and HC jobs after this past season,  with Fitz becoming AD only and George Young the HC.
