  • This postseason has become more sentimental for me and my wife's family.  My father in law is the biggest Astros fan I know.  He watches every game without fail, even DVRing them if he can't watch liv

That would be fun, for sure, but I won’t be a bit upset if it doesn’t happen as long as we win.

Yeah- it’s be cool and I guess I’d look back on it fondly in the off-season if we close it out and win the series, but if we don’t win the series I think all it would do is piss me off.

Personally would make Abreu the 8th inning guy at this point.

He damned sure seems to be able to impose his will as well as anybody on the mound these days.

I like him leading into Montero just because it has worked so well. Seems like he gets the opponent's mindset leaning one way and sets them up for Montero to pound them back the other way.  I tend to be that guy who believes in "Call what's working until they prove they can stop it."

He has a HBP and a hit.

So you admit he didn't get on base every time

Vazquez is hitting .250 with a .400 OBP. He's fine.

His 2022 postseason slash is .214/.313/.214

With how expensive the tickets are, I would stay until the bitter end.  Like when I stayed to the end of the 30 point loss to the Warriors.

I stay, even at Texas - ou when we've been beat down. Makes the wins that much sweeter.
